Bought a 2018 Tiffin Alegro Bus from Tampa Florida. A week later headed up north on a vacation…read more Got to the Virginia border and engine light and temperature light comes on. Made a call to Cummings in Richmond to trouble shoot on the phone. Light went off and on again and since they were right off of 95 they said to stop by to look at it. This was a Thursday evening and since they were getting ready to close and didn't know the extent of the diagnosis they let us camp in their parking lot til 7:30 next morning and was the first to be looked at. On Friday after several hours of diagnosis, it turns out that the wires to the cooling fan clutch were taped to the side wall and the tape came off rubbing the wires against the pully grinding down the wires until they broke and stopped the fan from working. Called Bob Tiffin personally and they could ship a new part overnight. Problem... Cummings is closed on the weekend. Kris Knight, service manager, and his technicians went above and beyond and had Tiffin overnight the part directly to his house and had a technician install the part and get us back on the road to our vacation on Saturday instead of having us wait til Monday. Their tremendous hospitality was greatly appreciated. Thank You to all of the service staff there for saving our family vacation.
