You get eye rolls or other stylist talking crap- and there's tears and chaos so I can't fault them. I know they don't know but it's just a thing you smile through, hold your head up high and move on- breathe through it. Not only are Jackie and Christa truly inclusive, but all the stylist and customers showed us love. My kids (6 and 4) look amazing for my daughter's wedding. Normally my husband and I tag team but I had to do it solo due to time restrictions. Thank you for loving our chaos. Still in tears from the overwhelming kindness. Dawn my stylist was very professional and allowed me to described exactly what I wanted and I'm truly a fan of this place. I haven't fealt this good about a haircut in a very long time. Example - tell her you want a long bob (which I just did) and she will ask how you wear your hair, if you pull the back forward over your shoulders, and then explain why cutting it at a certain angle will help your hair lay better given your answer. Tell her you want blonde highlights and she will ask what that means to you - is it bleach blonde, honey blonde, etc. Plus the price is great! Parking is always plentiful, as it's located in a shopping center. The location is located right next to Rich and Charlie's and is easy to find. Right when you walk in there is a small seating area to sit and wait if your stylist isn't ready quite yet. To the right side there is a coffee machine and cookies that patrons are able to help themselves to. There are also bottles of water. Small touches like this make all the difference. On the left hand side there is a row of seats and stations, and on the right hand side there are small studios that have doors and are a bit more private. More towards the back are the drying stations and sinks. The spot is decorated wonderfully and is so cute- love the natural aesthetic. It's warm but not over the top. The seats, drying stations, sinks are all up to date and well taken care of. It's very clean! I enjoy coming here every month. Plus, they have Wi-Fi :)

You will not find a lot of salon drama here like I've seen too many times in the past at other salons. Also the prices are higher than I would like but this is one of those areas in life that I have learned the hard way that you get what you pay for so I am willing to pay. I tip cash so no taxes are involved, why would I give her cash and tip the same on my card, $12.00 tip for 2 eyebrow wax seems a lot too much! When I called about the issue I was only told that they would have the store owner call me tomorrow.
