Surprise, surprise, Greg P from Mr. Pets never acknowledged responsibility for his rude staff and hazardous shopping area that lead to my injury, pain and frustration, or offered any kind of help, empathy, or understanding. His suggestion to contact a lawyer myself was ridiculous, 3 different lawyers that I contacted told me that as well. Their legal opinions were all the same - the owner of Mr. PETS would likely make getting anything as difficult as possible. He never even gave me the information for his insurance company or any way to move forward. Due to the level of stress I was already experiencing trying to navigate life with one working arm and a toddler, I opted not to go that route. Since he refused to contact his insurance company himself as any decent business owner would do, or acknowledge the incident even happened, there was no information for the hospital and doctors besides my word. The doctor who read my ultra sounds and x-rays missed what was later called an obvious separation in my right shoulder. When the obvious injury was initially missed, I was told to use Tylenol/Advil until the pain went away. It took over a year to find a doctor who would listen and took another look at the original tests. He immediately prescribed me something to help and said that had I been able to push for the physio or surgery when the initial injury happened, I likely wouldn't be at risk of it happening again in the future. I have not returned to the store where I found the prices to be higher than others and the staff to be incredibly rude and poorly trained... Thankful for other options.

I contacted A Pet's Life, as it wasn't too far from where we were staying, and while they didn't carry Primal products in the store they were able to special order it. The food arrived on a Wednesday and was kept in a back freezer, we picked it up when we got to town on Friday. We are very appreciative of their help so that we didn't have to try transitioning our dog to a new diet while traveling. Their responsiveness and help was very much appreciated and I give them an A+ for going out of their way to help... the least I can do is leave some positive feedback regarding their business.

Helpful, friendly, took me straight to the product I needed. I was also looking for a tiny jumping spider habitat, but they didn't have that. I didn't think to ask if they had any other suitable live foods that would be ready immediately because fruit flies need DAYS to mature, so may need to go back. At any rate, I was reminded of how much I have enjoyed that shop the other times I have been there. Yes, I would recommend Creatures.

The reasoning was that the store would be overrun with dogs. This is ridiculous. In all the yearswe have been going there, there has never been more than two dogs at any one time. I mean, come on, this is a pet store! If you agree, let Pet Valu know in no uncertain terms that you think this is ridiculous. The only reason I will keep shopping there is the wonderful staff.

The staff were patient and helpful with ensuring I got all the benefits I could out of the sale. They even refunded me and got me over $18 in credits. I also bought the main centerpiece there. I think it is lovely. I bought 3 juli cory catfish and they are happy and healthy, and a few colourful guppies. One guppy didn't make it through the transition but the other 3 are doing great. I was able to exchange the one that died at no cost. It has been a great experience so far. Thank you.

I talked to my daughter and husband and decided to order a 10 Gl from Amazon. With the prime membership that we have we can get in 2 days. I went back to the lady and informed her we would like to buy two guppy fish for now for the small tank and are planning to buy more fish in future for the 10GL tank. She responded for accountability reasons cannot trust us as we are truly planning to buy a bigger fish tank, "so I can not sell you the fish". Her response was shocking, how can you justify and judge us. If I were the manager of the store, I would have warned her or train her to properly talk to customers without judgement. We already received our first fish tank in two days from Amazon, absolutely can get the new one in two days, anyway, her response was so shocking and not respectful.
