The fact that it is permanent and on your face means that this should be treated as a serious decision). I was immediately comfortable with Lana. She has a very warm personality. I took a few weeks to consider my decision then contacted Lana to book my appointment. Everything went great! Lana really took her time to explain everything well, to understand the shape I wanted, to mix the perfect color (maybe an hour just for this - but it is really important!), and to perform the procedure. She checked on me frequently to make sure I was not feeling pain. I had a great experience and plan to go back in the fall to expand the shape of my brows (I asked Lana to go thinner than what she recommended, which is why I will need a touch up).

In particular, I am in love with 2D that gives a bit more of the volume yet so natural. With Liuba's perfection work, I look as if were born with it. The environment here is fantastic. I went in and was greeted by Catrina and Lucia. The overall process did take longer because Lucia was being trained but I didn't mind at all. I arrived at 1pm and left at 4:30. It was reassuring to hear all of the proper steps and procedures necessary to do a great job. They took their time finding the right color and measuring my brows. I felt confident they knew exactly what they were doing. I will say, I have a high pain tolerance, and this was very painful to me!! But well worth it. My brows turned out beautiful! I will be back for more permanent makeup and recommend asking about being a model to receive discounted services!

Did not want to rush with a bad review if results were same as OmSpa. - My tissue was the same for both treatments; both treatments were applied in same area. OmSpa procedure was extremely painful, recovery was extremely painful, and yes, I continued because I paid a lot of money to you and it was implied that it's my skin not technique.
