I hate this place. The lady that pierced my ears shouldn't have pierced them to begin with. I struggled with my forward helixes after years of not healing. I got a second input by another piercer at and it turns out that I don't even have to right anatomy for it, she pierced at them at awful angles and the jewelry wasn't even titanium. Don't go here. Went to Silvia for microblading. Didn't get deep enough so none of the pigment stayed. We were emailing back and forth about the appointment before that, but when I reached back out to say the pigment didn't stay, she asked me who I was because she didn't remember me. I had to send a picture of myself. Then after me trying to ask 3 times if she could fix it she just started ignoring me. Never heard from her again. I now have to pay hundreds for removal and correction. It's cheap for a reason! Invest a little more money in a professional. read more

Sylvia is a Queen! I went to her to get my nose pierced back in March of 2018. I then decided to return to her for microblading after following her work for a few months. My first round of microblading was don't in late June of 2018. Last night I had a touch up (although I feel like I could have waited longer because the strokes were still very prominent.) Not sure how the service would have been since no one was there to service us. My husband and I called a month in advance to make an appointment to get our wedding rings tattooed. Appointment was set for January 22nd at 5pm. We showed up a half hour early. Shop was dark and no one was there so figured since it's by appointment only we just showed up too early. Waited until 5pm, called multiple times, left voicemails on the number listed on Google and the number posted on their door and got no answer or call back. I'm a business owner myself and this is just super poor service. Wouldn't be nearly as frustrated if we just got a call back with an apology. Unprofessional... my mom had an appointment May 1st at 1pm for her brow touch up SYLVIA never showed up for the appointment after numerous text and calls to Sylvia she never returned any of our messages or text . We showed up to the shop today 5/7/2021 she didn't apologize for the no show no call and got angry we showed up she said it was a courtesy touch up and she didn't have to do it ! Very negative experience. As background I have about 30 tattoos, maybe more, been to 7, now 8 different artists in the past 12 years. Called to make an appointment, was told I'd get a call back. Never heard back, called a second time and was told yet again that someone would call me. Never heard back (again) soI called a third time and explained my experience so far so this person actually allowed me to make an appointment at 730. I arrived a few minutes before 730. They were extremely unfriendly, almost like my presence was a burden? Then I'm told to have a seat since it'll be about an hour. (Why did I even bother making an appointment!?) An hour later the artist asked me what I wanted and continued to tell me they couldn't do any of the designs I wanted. Finally I settled on 6 lines, each about an inch in length, black ink only. I have crooked lines that are not healing well and were significantly more expensive than they should've been. In fact, I'm going to have to dish out more money to have them fixed. If you're a girl expect to be hit on and touched inappropriately the entire session. I really wanted to like it here. I've been looking for a solid artist for a minute and wanted to end my search. read more

I called on a Tuesday and was told they could help me. I was told I could come on Wednesday at 2pm... So I arrive at 2pm on Wednesday and they were closed! And a handwritten note saying they are closed on Wednesdays. Why would the person on the phone say to come on Weds if they'd be closed? I was recommended to come to this place to get my eyebrows microbladed - something that I had been researching for about a year. I spoke to the microblading specialist - Sylvia - over the phone for about 25 minutes as she gave me the ins-and-outs of the process and she answered any questions both me and my husband had about it. I scheduled my first appointment with Sylvia for October 21st and I was put as ease as Sylvia spoke to me as what to expect before, during and after the session. The shop was clean, the area that the microblading was done was set apart from the rest of the shop and was also very clean. When Sylvia took out the instruments that she would be using for the actual procedure, they came out of clean packages. After having my eyebrow area numbed for over 30 minutes, Sylvia was able to start the process of the microblading. She spent a good amount of time shaping the brows and making sure that the first session was done as painlessly and efficiently as possible. Most people have either swelling or redness after the procedure is done, but I had neither - thank goodness! My 2nd procedure (on November 11th, which was 3 weeks after the first) went just as smooth and easy as the 1st one... and I even decided to throw in a ear piercing on my Tragus - maybe I'll get my Daith done next. My husband is looking forward to finishing up his started tattoo with one of the artists there. read more

I came in this business seeing that it had great reviews but I was so disappointed. I had a Groupon coupon to get my helix done with Silvia. I made my appointment at 3pm with her and showed up on time, she asked for me to wait 10-15 minuets, I was totally okay with it & waited but she made me wait more than 45 minuets so I left since I had to pick up my kids, her co-worker ask for me to come back since she was almost done microblading someone's eyebrows ( which she should had just told me since the beginning). I come back and she was free so I was hoping she would do it but tells me again to come back around 6-7pm since she was late to pick up her son ( but she was not in a hurry & was having a conversation with another client ) Like okay why would you even make an appointment if you not going to followed through with it? Let me start by saying this business standards are questionable, while I was getting my eyebrows done there was a man in the shop drinking from a bottle of Corona while the shop employees interacted with him..... Okay. Secondly, Silvia is extremely unprofessional with her service and her microblading skills are poor. She made me wait about 45 minutes while she worked with someone else, although I came in at my set appointment time. Doesn't that defeat the purpose of making an appointment? But that wasn't the real issue- Silvia semi-permanently messed up my microbladed eyebrows and I live with the horrid sight of seeing these every day. 1. One of my brows is more arched than the other. 2. One of my brows is also thinner than the other 3. The end of one of my brows is almost twice as thick as the end of the other. I live with permanently deformed brows which I had to purchase a $45 foundation for to cover them up properly and altogether on a daily basis and re-draw eyebrows on with a dip brow pomade. Imagine living with those consequences and having to correct someone else's mistake on a daily basis and having to buy expensive foundation just to cover it up everyday, the whole purpose was to save time and not do this anymore and now I have to do twice the work. If you pay attention to her social media you can also see her brow strokes are abnormally spaced out and too thick. This was over a year ago and I'm still paying the price. I'll make sure to do my research next time because this was truly a lesson learned. Hope this review helps someone not make the mistake to trust this lady with your brows. Just beware and don't do it! I'm not one to write reviews, but I had to leave this one because I wouldn't want anyone else to go through this horrible experience! Oh yeah, when I told her about it she said she thought they looked good and also one of the "good" reviews is written by a friend of hers that was with her in the shop when I went in. A friend and I got a groupon for 29 dollar piercings so we decided to check it out. When we walked in, two of the employees were sitting on the counters and seemed surprised to see people come in. They were very unapproachable and we had to tell them we wanted piercings while they just stared at us. Once we got the paperwork going, the woman who pierced us was friendly. She took a lot of care in making sure the navel piercing was exactly where it should be (which I appreciate - I'd rather wait and have it in a good spot instead of done hastily). The whole piercing went fine, but her tips on aftercare were very contradictory to everything I've heard. I've always been told to clean with ONLY saline solution a few times a day, but she told me to clean with soap once a day after a shower. I ignored her comments and have been cleaning it as I've been told before with no problems. The selection of jewelry for the navel piercing was a bit disappointing (there were only gems and tacky colors), especially because I have to keep it in for 6+ weeks. Overall, it was worth the $30 deal, but I don't think I would go back and pay twice that for a slightly unprofessional atmosphere. read more

This review is based on a piercing I got, since I'm too much of a wimp to ever get a tattoo. If I was looking for a place to get a tattoo, I would definitely consider going here as well. Of course my reviews don't come without a back story. Long story short, I had two forward helix piercings and I was looking to finish it off and get third piercing done. The original place I went to get the third piercing done completely messed up. The piercing was not in alignment with my other ones, and just made the triple helix piercing look ridiculous. I ended up looking up piercing places on yelp, where I found Head 2 Toe Tattoos. I went in and spoke with the piercer/owner Sylvia. Honestly, I didn't realize a piercer could be so good at their job. She knows everything there is about piercings and placements of piercings. Her knowledge and precision is on point. Sylvia repierced my third piercing, and now my triple forward helix piercing is complete and looks so good! She took so much time with me measuring the distance of the holes, as well as the alignment, giving me her opinion, and being completely honest with me. Best microblading results I've ever had! Sylvia is a true artist. Most importantly, she's a TATOO artist. In the past, I've had my eyebrows done by "licensed" aestheticians and/or makeup artists who charge twice as much for results that look half as good for a few months and then fade. With Sylvia, I'm back a year later for my "touch up" and honestly, it's not even necessary. More preventative maintenance than anything else. The studio itself has a cool, edgy vibe, all the while maintaining a meticulously hygienic environment and process. I'd pay twice as much for the service to get the results that I've got but fortunately, I don't have to... Unlike other area microblading professionals who, I'm my opinion gouge-price because it's trendy and women will pay for beauty, Head To Toe charges you for what it is...a really good tattoo; meticulously drawn little lines on your face that look crazy realistic, shave minutes off your daily makeup game and, if you're middle-aged woman like me, make you look years younger. Silvia was so easy to work with. My 17 year old daughter wanted a nasal piercing. I had no idea where to start, so I went looking. Silvia got really good reviews, so I tried her out. It was clear from the start that she is very careful about tools being sterile, and making sure we fully understood how to care for the piercing afterwards. Today was my first time coming to Head2Toe. I chose them because they have a lot of good reviews on Groupon. I got my nipples repierced by Sylvia (hope im spelling her name correctly) and she is fabulous. She is very friendly ,she's very professional. The shop is nice and clean AND run by women! So girl-to-the-power! They are reasonably priced and considerate of your time especially if you made an appointment. Parking right in front of the shop so that's a plus. Terrible. I went in for a simple belly ring and was told that the owner left with the keys to the case. I should come back in an hour. When I returned I was told that the owner was still out and that they couldn't get a hold if her because her phone had been disconnected. Very unprofessional and highly irresponsible.
