Been going there for a year, all the lash experts are great. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Easily the WORST lash experience I have ever had. I very frequently get my lashes done and have never had an experience like this. The salon I usually go to was booked up, so I figured why not try somewhere new? Big mistake. The lash tech took forever (I was in the chair for 4 hours) and she glued my eyes shut not once but actually twice! After she finally finished the lashes looked terrible, absolutely not what I asked for and way too short. My natural lashes look longer with mascara than this "set" she put on. Clumps of glue everywhere and sparse lashes left all over my face. She asked me 4-5 times "you like it right?!" to which I responded with an unenthusiastic "yeah" because I was so mad I couldn't even talk about it and because I was beyond late after being stuck there way longer than anticipated. On top of all this dissatisfaction, she uncharged me an extra $40 at the end and asked for a second tip. I'm beyond upset and immediately made an appointment for my regular spa to clean up this horrible mess. I sincerely hope she can fix it. read more

I am a hard sell when it comes to who I go to for beauty services. Unless beauty services provided are free, I expect professionalism, expertise and to be heard effectively when I explain my preferences. It's crazy to invest in beauty services and accept inferior services. Before discovering Eye Method, I tried several lash places and was ALWAYS disappointed. The other places I tried were either trying to do too much by offering services in their salon for lashes, nails, pedicures, hair. Or they were not clean enough for my standards(any service involving the eyes should be impeccably clean). Or they did not hear and take into consideration my description of what I wanted, and I would end up with a lash look THEY liked. Eye Method is the Gold Standard in the service of eyelash extensions. There is no other place that I have found that even comes close to their talent, professionalism, and customer care. The boutique-like salon is super cute and impeccably clean too. Everyone there is thoughtful and friendly. What I especially love about Eye Method is that all the lash technicians are so highly trained and talented that you don't have to ever worry about not getting the "best" technician when booking your service. I have been wearing lash extensions for about 8 years, and have been to quite a few lash studios due to moving and traveling (in fact internationally, including China, Japan, Europe, and several states in the US). I could confidently say that this place is definitely amazing, and my technician Liuba is among the BEST of the best! Honestly, only one top place in Japan was comparable. I drive two hours from Wisconsin to visit her. It well worths it. Unlike many studios in the US that only provides 3D standard volume options, here you have many choices. In particular, I am in love with 2D that gives a bit more of the volume yet so natural. With Liuba's perfection work, I look as if were born with it. The environment here is fantastic. Everyone is so warm and friendly. Seriously, more people in the midwest should know of this place. read more

I had been going to another lash studio in the city for years thinking my lashes were great when I first came to Ana. Boy was I wrong! Ana transformed my lashes and made them full, fluffy, and beautiful! I could tell after the first set that the quality and detail of her work was far superior to what I had been getting prior. I've been seeing Ana for almost two years and am always happy with her quality of work. It's worth every penny! I'm also happy to report that a friend recently went to the studio to try lash extensions for the first time and were applied by one of the other girls in the studio and she absolutely loves her lashes. After a bad experience with lash extensions from another salon, I've been searching for a new place to try with some hesitation to pull the trigger since it took me a long time to get my lashes healthy again. I was recommended by a friend to Lash Tech Pro and wow, the experience was so different than the last place I went to. Salon is clean, everyone that works there is knowledgable and they truly are masters of their craft. From the moment I walked in I felt comfortable. They answered all of my questions and I really felt like they understood the look I was going for. I felt like the whole experience was super educational and that I could trust them completely not only to give me the look I want, but to make sure that my naturally lashes weren't ruined. Not to mention, the lashes themselves! I didn't realize there were different types of lashes but I could definitely tell the difference with these not only for the way they looked, but the way they felt! Super natural looking, so so pretty, and felt like nothing - totally comfortable, literally like my own lashes. Buyer Beware - Remember to read all the fine print this company makes you sign before scheduling any services. The lashes here are ok. The lash technicians are generally nice to work with. This poor review is centered on the number of policies this company has in place to service themselves vs. their clients. About 3 months after going here, I was asked to sign a number of new policies on a visit. Like most people, I'd assume what I was signing was standard protocol across other lash places, so I didn't really take a deep look into all the specifics - that was where I went wrong. I always understood that I would be charged a full fee if I cancelled or didn't show within 24 hours of an appointment. What I wasn't aware of was that if you changed your appointment to another service that takes a shorter time or costs less, you'd be expected to pay the full amount of the original service that you booked. This takes away flexibility from the customer, and is not customer friendly at all. I have been to a number of lash studios across LA, NYC, Seattle and Chicago and have never had this experience. What's more - there is absolutely no leniency for not being aware/remembering all these policies - especially since you don't get a copy of what you sign afterwards! As much as I tried to explain to the owner that I didn't know that shifting to another service would still require me to pay the full amount of a more expensive service, her response was that it was more important for her to secure the dollars for the business than to grant a one-off exemption to continue to the relationship with the client. There are a number of well-rated lash studios in Chicago. With so many choices as a customer, I'd recommend that you choose a place that puts customers first, and won't surprise you with unexpected policies and charges. read more

Make sure you guard your credit card number!! You will be charged before service and they will immediately up sell you before even looking even at you. I give 3 stars as they do use quality product and are capable of doing of good job. I take off 2 stars for the reasons outlined below. Things that disappointed me are as follows: Parking. Street parking is nearly always full and the solution is to park across Cicero in Whole Foods lot or in another private lot that you could get towed from. Communication: if you want something standard that they are used to putting out great. However I personally wanted a very full look. While they came out acceptable the communication on fills, cost of said fills changed at each appointment. Before my first appointment I was not informed that I would need to remove my contacts prior to appointment start time. I arrived and they graciously let me borrow a contact lens case. However the solution made my eyes tear up and I had to drive home without. I'm still convinced all that tearing had a lot to do with intial lash loss. However the owner assured me there was no problem. Yet the eye that had more tearing ended up with less lashes at the fill in appt. Note: Kim Kardashian look offered in pics is not readily available. If a service I is not available fully maybe that should be disclosed with the posting of the picture. The owner indicated she was new to doing and only on herself. Being I wasn't completely satisfied with with current set she was not confident enough to try a different style with me. Scheduling: Apparently one off appointments for Brides and pageant people take priority over potential steady clientele. As it was always a challenge to schedule all 3 appointments I booked. Price: I don't mind paying more for quality and they have good quality product. However the ever changing price at each appointment is challenging to deal with. Especially after the intial investment of having a full 5d set put on in first place. Note: I had lashes from another provider. Had them removed at intial appointment . Had this place do whole new install and then 2 fill apointments. My assessment; pagents and bride ppl you win Enjoy. I've been a happy client of the DekaLash chain since leaving here. They have multiple locations and a corporate training program that provides great expierence with all techs at a reasonable cost. read more

I just moved to the area and I found Lash Tech Pro through a Yelp search of lash techs close to my house. Their location is super convenient, about 15 min drive from my home and they have easy parking out front. I saw Liubov and she did an amazing job! I've had classic lashes before but never volume. What nice people and better yet, what great eyelashes I have now. Yes, I live in Old Town and there are places closer to my house but it is was their reviews that brought me in, and it is their level of customer service and expertise that will find me driving I-94 (though not during rush hour) to go back Ambience - 5 stars. Extremely clean ( yes, you need that if someone is poking around with an instrument by your eyes). Service - 5 +. They saw I was a bit taken aback by having such pronounced lashes ( I am nearly 60 years old and I have not had visible lashes for about ten years) and so they dyed my eyebrows- which made all the difference. I love LashTechPro studio!! The atmosphere is very nice and clean. Before they start your service they offer water and fuzzy socks to wear which is a must especially in the winter months! The beds are extremely comfortable compared to other lash places I've tried. I definitely recommend Biyankana, she's super sweet and does an amazing job what ever lash service you get. I love this place! I wanted to try lash extensions for a while and I was so glad to com across this salon. My tech's name is Lyuba, she is the absolute best! She is professional, fast and has a great personality:) I actually enjoy my hour long appointments every three weeks and can't wait to go back:) I am very happy with Lyuba's work every time and have recommended her to my girlfriends.
