Only then I scheduled an appointment with new clinic. Then I waited for results of new treatment. And when treatment itself, healing and results were dramatically different I posted review this review. Did not want to rush with a bad review if results were same as OmSpa. - My tissue was the same for both treatments; both treatments were applied in same area. OmSpa procedure was extremely painful, recovery was extremely painful, and yes, I continued because I paid a lot of money to you and it was implied that it's my skin not technique. New clinic - essentially no pain during treatement, and amazing immediate recovery. And I understand you want it not to be that -but difference was technique

I should mention that I am a general dentist working in Chicago and saying that I pay attention to detail is an understatement. To put it lightly, I can be a bit controlling and difficult to please. At my very first visit, I had my eyebrows done. I watched nervously in a mirror as she tattooed my eyebrows. I was surprised at how quickly she was finished. I have read that this procedure can take up to an hour but I was out in less than 30 min (with half of that time actually being tattooed). I hate to brag, but wow... my eyebrows look amazing!! I still get compliments on them to this day. My eyebrows were not bad before but I always thought they looked better a little filled in. Now I wake up every morning with perfect eyebrows! Its really great, I would recommend it to anyone. I later went back to see Wanda to get my eye liner done. Which I NEVER thought I would do for obvious reasons (like what if i didn't want to wear eyeliner somedays?). I told Wanda I wanted it to look very natural. I trusted her so much at this point, I just let her do her thing. She did such a phenomenal job. It looks exactly how I wanted it to look and I couldn't be happier. LOCATION: I have been 3 different locations to see Wanda. All were extremely easy to find. Parking was never an issue (even in her downtown location!) and all facilities were clean and comfortable. PAIN: I was very worried about how much this was going to hurt. I am a bit of a baby when it comes to needles and I grow especially frantic with thing close to my eyes. Wanda uses a topical numbing agent before she starts and this helped more than I can describe. She must use a very strong topical agent because the pain was much less than I was expecting. Ultimately, your still getting a tattoo on you eye lid so keep in mind its not the most comfortable feeling. Wanda works very quickly and so even if you are having a bad experience, it doesn't last very long. MONEY: This is a bit of an investment for beauty but I did some simple math and justified this expense. The amount of money I would have spend on eye liner and brow filler over the course of many years was much higher than what I would be investing on tattooing it in. When you combine that with the fact that you will be saving so much time getting ready every morning it seemed like a no brainer! Overall, Wanda is a true artist. She has been doing this for decades and now teaches other people how to do this art. She is an esthetic eye, works incredibly fast and is extraordinarily talented. I couldn't ask for better qualities in my permanent makeup artist.

Lana is extremely professional - both with her communication via telephone/email while setting up the appointment, the office is clean and relaxing, and she wore a gown, mask, googles, and gloves during the entire procedure. She cleaned my entire face with alcohol before starting the procedure and I was impressed at how immaculate the whole set-up was. She even let me take videos while she was tattooing -- my friends were so curious how it's done, I wanted to have something to show them. Before even starting the tattoo process, Lana spent over two hours mixing pigments to find the perfect shade for my face. She was never rushed and often mixed and remixed, shaped then reshaped until she was satisfied we found the perfect color and shape for my face. I thought this was really nice, I appreciated that she took her time during the planning phase. Lana was conscious of the pain and made sure to numb the eyebrow area really well before diving into the bulk of the tattoo. She had two different types of numbing agents - one was a cream, the other was a spray. After she applied the cream, she waited a good 20-30 minutes until it kicked it fully. Then, she would work a little bit then spray the other numbing agent until I was totally numb. And I will say, after a couple applications of the cream and spray, I was totally numb and didn't feel anything. It was nice to not feel the tattoo on your face! My tattoos were tattooed in the past by another artist about 10 years ago so it was faded and misshapen. Lana evened them out to one another and corrected the color as well. I am really happy with the finished product, and am excited to see how they look after the second appointment. I would totally recommend Lana for your permanent makeup - she is wonderful! Professional, clean, thorough, and very considerate... what more could you want from a cosmetic tattoo artist?

I met with David for the scalp micropigmentation procedure. Working with David was a decision that I will be happy with for the rest of my life! I am a female and previous client of Vinci Hair Clinic and I had gotten a partial treatment on my scalp. By the time I decided to get my entire head completed, VHC had closed all of their clinics in the USA and the search for another technician was long and difficult. However, I am so glad that I did not settle for the options that were available because I would have never met David. He is professional, highly-skilled, always on time, and an artist.
