The result is a lot of…read moregrumbling and frustration by people in line as we wait and listen to person after person argue the same thing - they were told via website, phone call, email or text that something was ready and it is not. Complaints to Corporate Customer service go unanswered. Three of my prescriptions have been unfilled for 3 weeks. The Dr. had to call two of them in three times. The third one was 'ready' according to the website, but the pharmacist still had not filled it. A fourth was ready on such a date, according to an email, then another email came that said it would be ready two days after the first date. We are told to "wait" or "come back", just as if we have all the time in the world to do multiple pharmacy runs that take up to an hour, between travel and the line. I was third in line last week - it took 45 minutes from walking in to walking out. It all comes down from Corporate, but they don't seem to care.

They offered little trinkets, candles, soaps, stickers, hats, and non-alcoholic wine with snacks. Very unique store. I made sure to smell all of the candles and soaps as they lit up the aroma in the store when I walked in. I chose to buy Thrilla in Vanilla and the Lavender Leche candles. It was great because their was a sale going on 2 candles for 35$. Also, you can bring back your used candle glass and exchange it for a new candle which is really cool! In addition to the three soaps I bought (Haulin' Oats was a particular favorite), I got a really cute dish towel, an Old Bay sticker, and some excellent Mouth Party caramels, which I'm now addicted to. Not to mention the hair oil has been growing my bald spot on my edges back, the lip balm (moisturizer) has been keeping my lips healthy and moisturized (even during this smoking period I am going through), and the lip gloss also moisturizes my lips on top of giving my lips a good finishing gloss. Another product I've tried was the exfoliant, which also has its effect on reducing the marks on my stomach as well and it makes my skin smooth and pores free. So my opinion of this Walgreens still remains fairly the same: well stocked and a convenient option…read moreto grab snacks or household essentials. However, I recently had some issues with my auto-refill prescription at the pharmacy here. This pharmacy is usually really on top of things but for whatever reason my prescription took a week to fill. It was marked as "in process" on November 25th and wasn't ready until December 2nd. Luckily, it's a prescription I can live without but for others, this could've probably been a life or death situation. There were no updates on the website or through the automated robot when I called. To top it all off, I tried calling THREE separate times to try to get through to a real human being. I called all at different times and different days in the hopes of catching someone but each time, I was on hold for over 20 minutes. The third time I called, I finally got through to someone and asked about the prescription status. She took 1 minute to check on it and said it'd be ready in an hour.... I don't know why it took so long for this common prescription to be filled or why it was almost impossible to talk to a real person. It makes me think the prescription had been sitting there all along and no one had taken the steps to mark it as ready for pick up. I really hope I don't have to deal with this issue again!

I have been going to this Walgreens for years as it ia located next door to my clinic..Years ago…read morethings ran smoothly but the place has gone to crap..They rarely answer the phone. I have been on hold for an hour and a half....This is a daily thing. They will tell you that your meds are ready then you get there and its oh give us 20 minutes..nevrt fails. The pharmacist come and go so frequently you cant keep up. I am looking for a more reliable Walgreens elsewhere
