We like this place because the lady who working here is very friendly…read more She remembers us every time we walk in. She always recommends and gives us new samples to try on our skin. Their product is very nice and it works for us!

My first transaction here was $350+ with Sulwasoo products. They mentioned that I get a $10 store credit for my next purchase every time I spend over $300 with their rewards program using my email and phone #. Great, I thought. The second time I went to purchase another $300+ worth of items they said they can't find my email or phone number on file. So I proceeded to fill out a second form with my contact information for next time. Fast forward to March 2017, my birthday month, and I come in to pick up my birthday reward. These 2 Korean girls at the ARITAUM counter are rude and give me snooty looks. They proceed to tell me that the birthday reward email I received was sent in error and that they will not honor it. They kept sneering at me and being rude. These two immature girls kept giving me stares and nasty looks. They also misspelled my name in their system since I got two birthday reward emails under the same email address with messed up spelling. In conclusion, my account was at first not able to be found. But then I receive two emails from ARITAUM regarding my birthday reward. I think the people working here at this location are full of sh!t. Please do not come here. This place does not deserve your business. I promise to never come back here ever again.

This is the surgeon from hell. Went in for a liposuction procedure. Usually this procedure would be…read moreperformed in an outpatient facility (hospital) but this "Shady Dr" performed it at his Charles Village office. That should've been my first sign to head for the hills. Anyway, the anesthesiologist came there to sedate me and must not be given me enough. I awakened to the dr and a few other people trying to turn me over because he had apparently dropped me on my hip? One of my hips was SERIOUSLY flattened during the procedure. I looked like I was deformed. One hip was completely flat and the other round. I was in total disbelief and was told I would heal and the fat would settle. Bull----!!! I went to another dr who refused to even touch me. He told me I needed to get more lipo to now fill that area with fat that I was dropped on. Now here is where things got interesting. Dr Shureih agreed I was in shambles due to his bs procedure and agreed to fix the issue but at another charge!!! He saw I was jacked up and instead of graciously fixing the problem and being grateful I wasn't dragging him to court about this deformity, he greedily charged me for another anesthesiologist and a "discounted" rate for additional lipo I would NOT have otherwise needed had he NOT jacked me up in the first place!!!! If that were fair, he could go around messing everyone up with the intentions of making more money to revise HIS mistakes!! I was left with no choice since no other dr would correct his mishap and I was stuck with a deformed hip. Even after his corrective surgery and time to heal, my hips still aren't even from being dropped on that table. Do NOT trust this back alley guy. He has a very low moral compass and is only concerned about making money...oh and more money. Avoid

Cute little addition to OEC! This is a little storefront where you can take Korean style photobooth…read morepictures, and I believe they offer passport pictures too. Up front, there's a fridge stocked with cold beverages and a cotton candy vending machine. Also a bowl of green Korean candies! Then, there's some wares/gifts you can buy such as crocheted and leather items. While we were waiting to use the photobooth, the owner struck up conversation with us. He was very friendly and sweet, and wanted feedback on what we thought of the place. There's tons of cute and fun props you can use, from headbands to hats to glasses. They have a big mirror to take selfies in and also a small one to try on props. The photobooth is in its own room at the back of the store behind a curtain. There's a ledge in the back where you can set down your stuff. There's multiple options of prints to choose from, we opted to get the classic 4 frames because it comes with 2 print outs. I think most, if not all of the options are $6 for a print. Once we were ready, the owner helped us pay (I think the payment processing on the machine wasn't working at the time). I used Apple Pay, so I'm not sure if they take cash too. The photobooth counts down before taking a picture, and there's an option to do a retake, but I'm not sure if there's a limit. I like that you can retake the picture but I think it'd be nice to also have multiple options to choose from at the end. After you pictures are taken, you can choose the background design for your photo print and decorate it with stickers before printing. I haven't used a photobooth that lets you add stickers until now so I thought that was really cool. While it's printing, you can scan the QR code and you can download a version of the print on your phone. It also shows you a GIF/live version of your photos. I love this addition to OEC-- such a cute pit stop for a date or a day out with friends.
