    Ulta Beauty. My family got a hair cut once, and she said she will never return. Poor service, horrible experience. They took too many customers than what they can handle, and she waited twice as long than the promised time. She said she will never return!!!

    *DO NOT GET YOUR HAIR DONE BY CHELSEA TARKINGTON* I came to this location to get my hair done by a stylist named Chelsea. I have had my hair done by her twice. The first time, she was nice and easygoing but she'd tug at my hair so hard while she was styling it that my head would jerk back and forth. She was also aggressively applying the shampoo and conditioner, it even hurt but I didn't say anything because I gave her the benefit of the doubt. She was able to lighten my hair from a box color jet black to a dimensional caramel and medium brown. I loved it so much that I thought she'd be my go to hair stylist. I made it clear to her that I loved it and that the goal now was to lighten the left over medium/dark brown but to keep the dimension that the caramel and light brown highlights gave. The goal was to keep aiming towards a light brown with dimension. And I told her I loved the results from the first color and that I wanted to continue lightening the dark brown. About a week or so ago, I was at this location doing some shopping and I saw her walking by. I greeted her and told her I'd like to come in to get my roots touched up and lightening up of the dark/medium brown that was left over from the first appointment. She then went ahead and scheduled the appointment herself. I came in for my second appointment with her. I was an hour late and I called several times to communicate that. I had every intention of tipping her a little extra for still taking me in that day. When I got to the store, I happily greeted her with a smile. She did not respond and went straight to the chair, pulled it out, and stared at me while I put my stuff down on her salon station. I thought to myself, maybe she's upset that I'm late. Well, I sat down and she didn't say a word. She grabbed her book and showed me a light brown color and told me this would lighten up any remaining medium dark brown. As I'm sitting there in complete silence, I tried several times to engage in conversation and asked how she'd been and such. She answered short and disregarded any attempt to conversing. She did not want to speak to me and only spoke when she answered short or gave me directions. She did not explain what she was doing nor asked questions. She gave no indication that she'd be stripping off ALL the light color and doing an ALLOVER color change. Mind you, I don't get my hair done often and I have no idea what she's doing. I trusted her to remember what I asked for and what my goal was. I trusted that she was going to give me what I asked and would be paying for. She booked and applied a more expensive service. During the application of color, I asked her to also trim my dead ends and give me soft bangs like Kate Middleton's. While she was shampooing my hair, she asked me if I would like to have deep conditioning and that IT CAME WITH THE HAIRCUT. I understood that the deep conditioning was included in the haircut, meaning I WAS NOT GOING TO BE CHARGED AN EXTRA $10. The play in words to try to upsell is just disgusting to me. I later found out at the end of the service that it was an extra $10. So then we go back to her station for the cut and blow dry. I see that my wet hair looks BLACK and I internally freaked out. I then realized what she had done. Every single bit of lighter colors were gone. And after the blow dry, I was left with this dark brown. How could she hear me ask for LIGHT BROWN and proceed to make my hair DARK BROWN, almost as dark as the jet black she was able to lighten on the first app? After she was done, I confusedly told her my hair was dark brown. I was clearly upset and not happy. She dismissed me and just told me it would wash out? Wash out to a light color? I couldn't believe this lady. I then went to the bathroom to wipe off my face she got full of color product. I was so upset that I cried in the bathroom before I walked out to her simply handing my ticket. She could not care less. I then spoke to the manager and explained what happened. Chelsea then came up to the register just to argue with me and basically told ME I was wrong!!!!! She did not once apologize or try to make things right. She did not acknowledge that she ruined by hair and gave me rough short bangs. SHE IS THE WORST HAIR STYLIST. Absolutely horrible customer service, she does not care to get to know you, she tries to upsell the ticket as much as possible, she does not care about what you want but cares more about what is easiest and convenient for her. She was rude, distant, cold, and careless. I did not pay a single cent for this horrible service if I can even call it that. After all of this, the manager had the audacity to ask me if I wanted to tip her!!! Tip her for what? For ruining my hair? For doing an all over dark brown?? When that is precisely what I didn't want????? What kind of customer service is that, seriously? The lady isn't even nice. DO NOT GET YOUR HAIR DONE BY CHELSEA TARKINGTON. Absolute garbage.     Ask for Denise Campbell! She is a great listener, gave me a beautiful haircut and recommended products that worked so well. She asked me what I did and didn't want cut, answered my questions about how it would look if it was cut "this" way or "that" way, and checked in with me while cutting to make sure I was still liking it. I really needed a haircut as my split ends were pretty bad and a haircut was way overdue, my hair was looking pretty frizzy but she made my hair look pretty close to the reference photos I gave and the products (Feather-Light Protein Cream from Curlsmith, and some light hair oil she keeps at her station) she recommended made it feel a lot healthier, softer and smoother. She trimmed in just the right places and took the whole process very carefully to make sure I was comfortable with the ways she was cutting. She seemed very experienced and knew just how to do methods she was using. She washed and dried my hair, the way she styled it looked great, and the hair cream she gave me made it feel very smooth and a few hours later now it is still very soft.

The massage was much needed after attending boot camp and having sore muscles. Minta was friendly, professional and an AWESOME massage therapist. The ambience was both relaxing and beautiful. The fitness center was very nice too. It provided the equipment that I needed to get a great workout while staying at the hotel. I am thinking about returning tomorrow for a body treatment, time would not permit it today. I would definitely recommend this spa, it a great place to retreat and revive yourself.

My original appointment was scheduled for April 16, but when I arrived the receptionist could not find my reservation. My best friend, who booked it for me, eventually helped them locate it, but by then my appointment time had already passed. I was told it would be rescheduled for April 22 at 12 PM. When I returned on April 22, another receptionist, Precious, told me there was no appointment in the system again. I was then told my original holding fee had already been used, but I could receive a refund after speaking with management if I placed another holding fee for a new appointment on April 23 at 2:30 PM. After finally attending the April 23 appointment, I asked about the refund I had been promised and was then told by another employee that I could not be refunded even though all of these issues were caused by staff errors, not me. I came for a massage to relax during the final weeks of pregnancy and instead left feeling frustrated and more stressed. The lack of organization, poor communication, and conflicting information from staff was extremely disappointing. A spa should be peaceful and professional, but this experience was the complete opposite.

I was thankful because I read reviews of another office somewhere and they were not positive when it came to customer service. I filled out the paperwork which I was expecting and was taken back about 15 minutes after I turned them in. This also pleased me because reviews I read about wait time, again, were not positive. My consultant was friendly, happy, pleasant and knowledgeable. She is a customer herself so that was helpful. She showed me her very tiny scars and I noticed, on my own, her flat tummy ;O) She was never pushy, offered me time to think, call, come back, etc. My plan the whole time was to make this happen however, I did not necessarily need it to be at this office if I wasn't happy with my service. Glad to say I was elated. The people working that office were fantastic and my consultant, Sarah, congratulated me and gave me a huge hug! What? I'm a superstar?! Thanks. Then the woman who checked me out also congratulated me. I am very happy and excited and would like to say to Sono Bello Execs that you need to check your reviews and office procedures as they need to be modeled after the office in Hanover.

Now because I had already given my masseuse and Mama-San the cover charge and tip, the masseuse's massage started getting lighter around butt. Yes, I have heard of getting my glutes massaged, but her finger went were the sun doesn't shine. The prostate massage was something,...but (no pun intended) the good feeling went away. The glove she used looked like one she had used before. I am not a hundred percent sure, but the idea stayed with me and that ment the happy end Avril Lavigne was singing about was over too. First of all, the name of the previous business that was in the advertised suite is still on the building, the door was locked, and when I looked through glass door, all I saw was a space in complete disarray!! No sign of any activity, no marking on the door, no answer to phone calls! I did not stop there! I then decided to send an email, not surprised that that too did not go through, as you can see in the reply I received after sending the email! Run, run, run! This spa does current exist!
