The term "blind box" is somewhat what it implies; boxes of themed Korean inspired character items that you purchase, having no idea what you purchased until you open the box. I believe there is a hope that you will come across a sought after item or simply one that you don't have to add to your collection. The store had various characters and themed blind boxes in addition to an assortment of other Korean/anime inspired merchandise. My family member found what they were looking for. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The blind boxes we purchased were $19.99 a piece (we got 2) and the prices varied according what blind boxes items you purchased. However, a lot of the higher end stores has closed up. I must have a relax mind to come into this mall as it can be overwhelming with some mall guests and crowds. Today it was very mellow for it all. The staff personally helped me pick out a replacement candle so I could get another candle at the deal price even though the deal had ended. I had two employees following me around the store, showing me a different candles and scents, and helping me figure one out. I literally felt like I had princess treatment at this Bath and Body Works they knew I was in a rush, because I had come here in between meetings during my workday, and they helped me get in and out in record time - even in a mall location! 10/10!
