I felt welcome and a sense of excitement about ordering my food. I was starving. I went with the Katsu chicken dish which is served with white rice. The chicken is panko breaded and fried to perfection. The breading is perfectly executed. It's light, crisp and adds an incredible texture to the chicken without drowning the chicken out. The white rice is perfectly suitable for chopsticks. It's sticky and clings right to the chicken and delicious sesame sauce that's drizzled on top. I'm sold...
