Aida was a complete life saver for our wedding which we planned in 3 months. Initially I thought…read moreall I needed was help finding the right vendors, which Aida of course did. She got quotes from the vendors, communicated with them, and handled all interaction with them, from the signing of the contracts to the coordination on the day of the wedding. She also set up meetings with each vendor, attended the meetings with us and spent hours on the phone or in person discussing the results of the meetings, among other details of the wedding. But she did much more than handling the vendors. We had a backyard wedding and what I didn't realize was how much work would be involved in designing, decorating and transforming the place. This is where Aida's help was enormous. She and I came up with a vision for the day of the event and she guided me through every little detail that was needed to bring it to life. Most importantly, I could count on Aida to be there if I had questions, day or night, by phone, email or in person. She sent out emails at 2am sometimes unlike some of the other vendors we had to deal with. When you're under a time crunch, having responsive and professional vendors is major. I also want to mention that Aida remained conscious of our budget the entire time and didn't push anything that would cause us to exceed it. Lastly, I dont know what I wouldve done without Aida's coordination on the day of the wedding. For outdoor events like this, especially if you live where the event is being held, a coordination on the day of is an absolute necessity and we were very happy with Aida's work. I would highly recommend Aida as a planner and coordinator.

We are so glad that I found them on Google/Yelp when I was looking for a day of coordinator earlier this year. Megan and with the help of her two assistants brought our vision to life and everything turned out just beautiful. Everyone in our bridal party and family loved them and kept telling us what an amazing day it was. Megan put out fires and dealt with everything behind the scenes, that's why you hire them! You don't want to have to worry about these things on your wedding day. You hire team MMM, they are professionals and they will take care of it for you. We also didn't have a lot of time, so every minute was planned and we have team MMM to thank for keeping us on schedule. Although Megan didn't fully come in until about 1-2 months before the wedding day, she was always an email away if I had any questions, concerns or needed recommendations for anyone. She recommended Beauty companies to me when I was having trouble finding someone to style my hair. Lastly, everything was easy with Megan. I like to think that she and I have a special bond lol! I'm was organized and had my own excel sheets that I created. When I shared it with Megan, she loved it planning a wedding is not easy, it takes a lot of time, energy and makes you anxious. For my sanity, I created my own excel sheets to make sure things were in order. The fact that Megan took the time to read through all of it and know exactly what was expected was really special for me. She valued my ideas, but of course with her help, those ideas were locked in for the day. Thank you for everything Megan, Tristen & Amber! You are the best and I hope our paths cross again in the future Love, Nick & Emily Villa

My fiancé, entourage, and whole family even loved her and saw the hard work she puts in with her clients. When you genuinely love what you do, everything comes naturally and it shines through your work. We love her!! I cannot thank Megan enough. We planned my wedding in a year and two months; however, we opted for partial planning with Megan and I do not regret it one bit. It actually felt a bit weird not to feel stressed during those three months! She is on top of everything, every time I had a question - she had an answer/solution or I wouldn't even have to ask the question because she'd already have a plan for whatever I was going to ask! When wedding day came, she was so organized and gave such good vibes that it was so hard to be stressed or overwhelmed. It even rained, which we had to plan for the week of but even with that, everything on her part was perfect. She is professional, personable, and most of all kind; however, also knows how to have fun! We caught a glimpse of her singing and dancing along to the songs the DJ was playing and it warmed my heart to also see her working/having fun with it! Again, I could not recommend her enough! DO IT!

Phyllis was always super responsive, flexible, available, and knowledgeable. I probably bugged her countless times and was always satisfied with her help. Phyllis and I had a long call before the wedding to go over every detail and she was in communication with my vendors. She made my day just simply wonderful, I didn't have to worry about anything on my special day. She is also bilingual and was able to communicate with my mom who preferred to speak Chinese. Richard is also bilingual, we had a couple guests who only spoke Chinese and he picked up on it so quickly to make sure everyone feels included. Richard was soooo fun and energetic, I literally couldn't have asked for a better emcee. My wedding was the first time I've ever met him, and the reception went so smoothly and naturally I felt like he's know us for ages. Lastly, the DJ played all the songs I requested (at the exact min and secs lol) and I was so happy that everything went so well! HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND ALL THEIR SERVICES!

Phyllis was the officiant for our ceremony and reception. Her calm, clear delivery (in fluent English and Mandarin) made all of our guests feel comfortable and engaged. She was also able to quickly improvise and react to certain unplanned situations during our reception, which really impressed the wife! Her experience and attentiveness really showed here. Richard was also extremely valuable on the venue floor, making sure we were always in the right place at the right time. Additionally, he made sure our guests always knew where to go. The most important part of any wedding should be that the bride and groom have FUN and not worry about the little things. We'd highly recommend MPS Events if you want things to go smoothly for your big day.

In short: My Event Pros did a *good* job at my wedding. There were several issues, however, for the…read moreprice, they did accomplish many of the agreed-upon duties, but I can't recommend them whole-heartedly. We (husband and I) found them at a wedding expo and gave them our business because we figured it'd be easier to have 3 "parts" of the wedding (DJ, wedding coordinator, MC) coming from 1 business, to decrease the number of contact points (probably the biggest selling point). Leading up to the wedding, we would have calls with Erika (the wedding coordinator) about 1-2x/month to review details. It would be noted verbally and through the app that they request we fill out. I guess one of my mistakes was that I talked too much. In hindsight, we would ask her to state what the details were and I'd correct her if it was wrong. So, day of, one example that immediately set the tone unfortunately, was her asking me what color the dessert tablecloth would be. This was alarming because I had already filled out their app and sent a PDF with step-by-step details, in order of occurrence for the day. This document had information for everyone (eg. flowers, photo, DJ, MC). I also planned for florals to be organized in a certain manner amongst the tables and my florist informed me later that she attempted to alter my choices. I would also like to note that we (and some guests) felt that the MC was dressed too casually for the caliber of event, particularly because he was in the spotlight quite a bit. A suit would've been appropriate attire, not business casual. The biggest concern and sour memory of the wedding was a last-minute charge, which happened 24 hours beforehand. Our wedding party went through rehearsal with Erika and all was great. We then went to lunch. At the tail end of lunch, Alan called me to say that he was researching the venue and his trailer would not be fitting in the venue's parking structure. Because of this, he would need to rent a U-Haul and, of course, would need to charge me. To clarify: we completely understand charging of a rental unit for that reason. What absolutely appalled us was the fact that he informed me of this charge a literal 24 hours before contract event start time. I empathize with not having experience with every venue, but he knew he had a special trailer that would require additional accommodations. Therefore, research and big charges should have been made earlier; in my opinion, 2-4 weeks in advance at a minimum. At the end of the night, we let them know that they would unfortunately not be receiving a tip as the money we allocated had to compensate for the owner's poor planning. In the end, there were several details and decisions that were missed that impacted the big day. It is regrettable that when we think of the wedding, these are the top things that come up, instead of all the positive. If you are not a detail-oriented person, they will likely perform at a decent level for your needs.
