The four tortilla was crispy, pickled cabbage added the crunch and tart/sweetness, the eggs were fluffy and creamy (did not fall apart), potatoes cooked perfectly, and the spicy mayo added the cherry on top. Admittedly, the Salt n Peppa bagel is the only sandwich I've tried, because I liked it so much the first time that I got it again on my second visit.
