Refreshments are offered, and the chairs that you sit in while having your hair washed are massage chairs! I came in for a balayage and desperately needed some TLC for my 2 year grown out very long hair. Kylie did an incredible job and was super friendly and informative during the whole process. She even came in early so that I would be able to get to work on time! She also gave me a trim and was very considerate of the fact that I wanted to keep the length long. Overall, my hair came out so beautiful and healthy.. I am slightly obsessed haha. I am already planning on coming back in a few months for a trim and touch up!

PS I just got back from Great Clips, where they took very good care of me. I was so delighted with the stylist that I gave her a 50% tip!!! They know how to make their customers feel valued and not discarded. Melanie needs to grow up and learn how to keep a customer satisfied. I will NEVER go back to this awful place ever again!!!
