    Philly Cheesesteak, Large
    Michael G.

I guess some folks may want to take my review with a grain of salt because every time I've had a Philly cheesesteak while in the city of Philadelphia, I have been super disappointed, and this may be an indication that I don't know what a real Philly cheesesteak is supposed to be like. That being said, I really enjoyed the Philly cheesesteak I had at this spot. The amount of meat piled onto that bread, accompanied by a generous amount of veggies, and topped with provolone cheese for just a dollar more was amazing. Juicy and very filling, I highly recommend you go with the original before trying anything else. This food truck/cart is situated in a very cute way with other great eateries and has a few outdoor tables to enjoy your food. Lastly the guy working was super helpful and efficient. Easy five-star review.

Have walked past this place a few times and after reading reviews decided to check it out. We went with the medium, and since we were sharing it (because we forgot to ask them to cut it in half) we took it home to cut it. I am glad we did--this thing was so full of toppings it would have been too messy to sit and eat at tables that aren't really sanitary. This is one of the best phillys we have ever had. It was not skimpy or over seasoned. We would definitely return. Maybe go for the large next time lol. It was still filling enough splitting between two people though.

The small Philly Cheesesteak and a can of Coca-Cola.

The food is amazing. I strongly recommend getting the Cheesesteak. I regularly get the small or extra small Cheesesteak. The service is great and fast. Since it's located on Pioneer Square it's a great place to have lunch and people watch.

Ordered the large Philly no mushrooms and it was big, messy, and good. Bread is a bit soggy even seconds after getting the sandwich but if you're more of a size queen this one will leave you feeling full

    Amazing cheesesteak sandwich!!!

As a very proud East Coaster, these guys know what they're doing. The cheesesteak was amazing. The steak was coned perfectly. The onions and peppers ratio was on point. Real provolone cheese was the top of the pyramid of an amazing sandwich. Get your sandwich and sit in one of the Adirondack chairs and enjoy it. You won't be disappointed. Go here. Stop looking for other places and go here. I'll be there guy with the Boston accent ordering more.

Ooh, that goes cheesy cheesesteak sandwich is so good here. Especially on those cold nights at Pioneer Square. I ordered the medium size, and it was jam-packed with meat and packed full of flavor.

If you're in the mood for a sandwich, this is your destination! Meat melts in ur mouth with cheesiness and the owner here is super sweet! It does get a bit of a rush during lunch time but it's a great pick me up

I haven't gotten a Philly from Pioneer Square in forever. Used to come here couple times a week. And it did not disappoint. Delicious.

I came after a review I read on Eater for FoPo area eats. I'm not a huge fried food fan but this place was good. I got the Steelhead trout fish and chips. Wait was ok they give you a buzzer so you can stroll around the food court. Took about 10 mins not bad. The locally sourced steelhead was a delicious surprise. Tender, juicy fish with crispy breading. Good seasoning. Fries were thicker so not as crispy but still hearty. 3 medium sized pieces of fish. They included ketchup for the fries as well as malt vinegar and tartar sauce for authentic fish dip. Wedge of lemon, too! All in a earth-friendly cardboard box. They take credit just fine. Very convenient location at Carts on Foster just down the street from where I was staying. So I walked back and enjoyed there. If you're staying you could probably cruise over to any local breweries or the bar cart for a beer to complement the fried food. Good time!!!

Teen wanted boba, and we decided to order Mediterranean from this place which also strangely sells boba. Yes, I rewarded the chore avoidance. Sue me. I worked four tens, all week my mental health clients were stressed and distressed, and I was honestly a lump. We both ordered a Moroccan stewed chicken that comes with saffron rice, salad, and three spicy sauces - one yogurt and maybe sumac? , one sriracha, and one yogurt mixed with sriracha maybe? We liked the rice, chicken, salad, and the yogurt sauce. Just ok though. Not omg good. I wish the two other sauces had been in separate containers and not on the rice. My mint and honey tea was fine. Kid's boba was not full. Not because it spilled either, because it was sealed with the boba seal lid thingy. For $6 that was disappointing. The hummus and dolmades plate came with one sad not good pita, ONE, and I think our Uber eats driver flung it out the window like kids used to deliver newspapers from their bikes because yogurt sauce was freaking everywhere. The hummus was not great. Teen ( the dolmades fan) said the grape leaves were good. Probably not a repeat in store. One and done.
