Well, he instantly bypassed myself and went straight to the elderly couple that got out of the Mercedes. Second thing that bothered me is not one person stopped to ask if I needed help with anything but you bet your last dollar they approached everyone in front, side, and behind me. We were in the store total for 40 minutes and not ONE sleazy salesperson offered to help. Yes, we may not look like we have money to spend, but you better be careful who you pass up. Someone missed out on a giant piece of commission while we had cash in hand.

We purchased a home in Paducah in mid-March. The week we closed a tornado came through which…read morecaused damage to the roof of the home we were in the midst of purchasing. I called a handful of roofing companies and Audrey with Resistant Roofing was one of the first ones to return my call. I explained my situation that we lived 1200 miles away and the house we were purchasing had roof damage, she personally went over, inspected the roof, and immediately sent over a quote. Upon arriving in Paducah after our purchase the first night we were there it rained quite a bit and the roof leaked. I called and spoke with Audrey asking when we were scheduled for them to install our new roof explaining that the roof was leaking. She scheduled one of her crews to get us under a new roof before the next batch of storms were rolling in! The crew was amazing! They were prompt, efficient, and cleaned up well when they were finished. There was a satellite dish that we requested to be removed with the new roof however, they weren't aware of that and re-installed it when they were finished. One of the crew asked if we were up and running with the satellite and we explained that it was not supposed to be re-installed. They were packed up and ready to leave but they had someone get out a ladder, remove the dish, and replaced the shingles instead of doing a patch job to cover up the holes. I would highly recommend Resistant Roofing!

I purchased carpet, the same week I called to report that there was so much dirt coming from the…read morecarpet as well as the fibers to live was disgusting, I was ignored I should have ran when I entered the store as a African-American female I was waited on last behind the Caucasian people I entered the store first I purchased the carpet the carpet was faulty I kept on complaining they wouldn't do anything I finally called corporate corporate said they should have sent out someone when I first started complaining Greg I have phone calls from him they sent someone and he said the carpet wasn't that bad when you can come in the house and clearly see that the carpet is a mess they did not put down new padding the carpet has rode, they told me it was because I had heavy furniture there's places where there's no furniture, then Greg said it wasn't their fault the installation or the carpet he said well I tell you right now it's not our fault, I decided to contact BBB because I did he said that they would not do anything to help me yes I believe that I was racially discriminated against they did not try to fix my carpet I was ignored and mistreated I don't want any African-American to patronize their store for no reason and no one else if you don't want to carpet that's damaged he told me the carpet was probably sitting in the warehouse that's why it had the dirt and stuff in it and it was discontinued a couple of months after they sold it to me , the carpet is bulky in every room even where there is no furniture I am so hurt and disappointed by these people they're a rip off if you are African-American please do not visit any of their stores anywhere, even if you're not a African-American this is what these people do they take advantage of people and mistreat people, I am and was nobody to them after they took my money

For the exact same type of flooring, we noticed their prices were four times more expensive than the other two places we checked. That said, we didn't want to insult them and make them feel bad so I left a fake name, a fake phone number, and a fake address. Imagine my surprise when I got a call from this company to my real phone number--A number I never provided to them nor gave them permission to call. What's even more outrageous, is they contacted our real estate agent--an egregious overreach of boundaries. We never mentioned who we were working with for our real estate transaction. Who do these people think they are? It is the most outrageous invasion of privacy my husband and I have ever experienced and we're not young people. I would never ever recommend this company to anyone. I explained what happened to my real estate agent and apologized on behalf of this company for being so obnoxious. I've never known a flooring company to go to such lengths to stalk potential customers before. It was very very disturbing. I'm not sure what software they have rigged up in that store, but if you go here, turn your phone to airplane mode so they can't access it because if they do they will track down everybody you know to try to get a hold of you. I will post this review for everybody to see because it's 100% true.
