The contractor that installed it was professional and did quality work. Now for PCHI, I had an appointment set for Oct 9th and Freddie showed up 30 mins late without a phone call. On Oct 25th we dropped off a check for the deposit with them saying everything should be in stock in about 3-4 weeks. Nov 25th I called them being told that the last couple pieces should be in that week. I then called back on Dec 9th being told that they just got word that the pieces will be in that week and we should be schedule the next week but couldn't give me a date. I told them that I didn't want someone showing up without a phone call before hand. Dec 17th the contractor was knocking on my door without a phone call. When I called them I was told that they called and talked to me on the Friday before. I told them to check their phone history because it wasn't me that they talked to. Contractor finished in two days and left final bill at the door. I sent the remaining balance in the next day. The most disappointing parts are no phone call when running late to appointment, never getting a phone call with updates on order, and finally one asking how the install went. Joe Temple

The crew, reported to be their best (just a salesman's BS) doesn't know how to run a pattern. The guys scarred multiple shingles because they didn't know how to walk on the roof. One guy put holes in my gutters after the hangers fell out and he was too lazy to get a ladder and nailed them in from the ground. Look, I expect the gutters to get banged up a bit - that happens, but this was just lazy. The pattern issue just takes the cake. Also, had I not run a magnet in my driveway my tires would have picked up the 50 nails I found, I wish I was exaggerating. I wish I'd have hired a local crew vs Woodall who subcontracted the job out.

Clean up has always been completed promptly. The most recent project was a new roof and they completed tear off and installation of the new roof in one day. I had called on my mom's behalf to get any licenses that Mike Troutt had regarding this install. However, the only response was NOT receiving a return call and having Window World call my mom to tell her they were done working with her. This was unprofessional because I had just called to see if the repair parts were in and was told YES and scheduled an appointment for May 9, 2025 am. All of this situation falls under taking advantage of an elderly, confused woman. FYI all she wanted was to feel safe in her house with new strong doors and feel like she was being heard with the workers that showed up. Shame on you!

The windows were installed in several visits as they arrived (not at once)…read more The installers did not speak English but did manage to scratch my floors and damage my furniture (no protection was used), lose a window and screen, damage window sills, damage the exterior stucco, leave debris and scraps scattered everywhere, use two different color caulks, and leave the installed windows filthy. The fit and finish of the windows is unimpressive (marks and paint on the white frames, insulation hanging out, very rough edges). Finally, I had to repeatedly call to find when the job was going to be finished; they only called when they wanted money. Go elsewhere; anywhere else.
