The crew, reported to be their best (just a salesman's BS) doesn't know how to run a pattern. The guys scarred multiple shingles because they didn't know how to walk on the roof. One guy put holes in my gutters after the hangers fell out and he was too lazy to get a ladder and nailed them in from the ground. Look, I expect the gutters to get banged up a bit - that happens, but this was just lazy. The pattern issue just takes the cake. Also, had I not run a magnet in my driveway my tires would have picked up the 50 nails I found, I wish I was exaggerating. I wish I'd have hired a local crew vs Woodall who subcontracted the job out.

I called a handful of roofing companies and Audrey with Resistant Roofing was one of the first ones to return my call. I explained my situation that we lived 1200 miles away and the house we were purchasing had roof damage, she personally went over, inspected the roof, and immediately sent over a quote. Upon arriving in Paducah after our purchase the first night we were there it rained quite a bit and the roof leaked. I called and spoke with Audrey asking when we were scheduled for them to install our new roof explaining that the roof was leaking. She scheduled one of her crews to get us under a new roof before the next batch of storms were rolling in! The crew was amazing! They were prompt, efficient, and cleaned up well when they were finished. There was a satellite dish that we requested to be removed with the new roof however, they weren't aware of that and re-installed it when they were finished. One of the crew asked if we were up and running with the satellite and we explained that it was not supposed to be re-installed. They were packed up and ready to leave but they had someone get out a ladder, remove the dish, and replaced the shingles instead of doing a patch job to cover up the holes. Like many not so super rich people, I naturally wanted to find a better price, so I looked around only to find other so called budget friendly options and ended up with a mess of projects poorly completed or even abandoned. While their per project quote may have seemed high, actually hour per hour they were more cost effective than what I was paying per hour with other "budget friendly" contractors (whose names I am not going to name).
