They always smiled and made me feel good. Very net and perfect in all they did. Always got back to me promptly when I left text messages. Each day after Ben left I would receive a call from Gary to be sure I was satisfied. They were always perfect and one thing that most impressed me were the short prayer he always said on the phone when we finished. Ask me how I was gonna ride it, started prying into personal things, asking me if I went to church and lots of other personal questions. Told me he was gonna preach at me while he was working and was gonna charge me to do so, informed him that i would appreciate it if he didn't, I just wanted the bike put together and would pay. Promptly hung up on me. Absolute bell end, unprofessional, and treats disabled veterans like we are less then human because we need help.
