Integrity Roofing did a good job on my roof and the person I worked with was kind. However, be…read morewarned that they refused to give me a detailed invoice on the project and thus I was unable to claim the full amount from my insurance. My insurance agent attempted to work directly with Integrity to get an itemized invoice of materials and services rendered with costs so they would be able to pay for the full job. Integrity could not provide that, and after weeks of asking them for transparency, they said they needed payment and would not wait for the insurance. Integrity told my insurance agent that their prices were proprietary. As a customer, I deserved to know what I was paying for, and because Integrity would not oblige, I'm out over $3,000.
