Even though I wasn't able to move forward with the work at this time, I wanted to leave a review because the communication was great and they were always on time when they said they'd be. They blocked me on Facebook after I left a negative review - though it was 100% factual. This leads me to believe that their 5-star ratings are doctored. They quoted me $15,000 to take care of a mild mold issue in the crawlspace that wasn't due to standing water. This crawlspace was less than 1100 sq. ft., and that was the only quote that Keatyn of The Crawlspace Ace of Paducah offered until I called later to ask about other options. When I saw the second proposal was a simple solution for a silly price, I just assumed they didn't want to do the work. I ended up having another company come and do it for a fraction of the cost. DO YOUR HOMEWORK AND SHOP AROUND, lest you're taken in by a company that spends so much in resources to sweep bad reviews under the rug. read more

We had The Crawlspace Ace do a waterproofing job for us that we have dealt with for over 30 years. Since 1990. Foreman-Josh, Tech-Tony, and Tech-Jason, These guys are unbelievable. On time, explained every move they made. I could not be more proud, as well as my wife, with their professionalism and expertise. They gave us a date when they would be there and a time frame of how long it would tatke to finish the job and they held to that. Went over every detail of the job and why they were having to do this or that. They made sure that we wouldn't have to deal with a leaky basement any more.
