His website claims he provides 24 hour service but that must only be on the last day of February during a leap year (if he's not going to sleep in). If you don't want to sit around the house all day waiting for someone who's not going to show I'd suggest you do what I did - call Atlas Door in Murray. They diagnosed the problem over the phone (a broken spring), had me read them the specs for the spring and they showed up early the next day with the correct parts in hand.
