Like many not so super rich people, I naturally wanted to find a better price, so I looked around only to find other so called budget friendly options and ended up with a mess of projects poorly completed or even abandoned. Finally, I decided to give KHR another try and they came and redid all the botched projects and remaining projects the right way. While their per project quote may have seemed high, actually hour per hour they were more cost effective than what I was paying per hour with other "budget friendly" contractors (whose names I am not going to name). Update: Sorry brother. I tried to have you guys build the…read moremetal for me. I was told that the metal guy would give me a number when he looked at my cut sheets. I called a few days later and they said he still hadn't looked at them. I called the next day and the girl who answered the phone said he still hadn't looked at them. I asked when I should call back and she said (a bit short) "don't, we will call you when we come up with a quote." It is now a week later and the metal was built by another Murray contractor.. My neighbor needed the help. I am not trying to do or take any work from local contractors. I'd still use you guys, but a neutral rating is more appropriate. I didn't have to use these guys to fix my air conditioner, but I stopped into their office because they have a sheet metal shop and I needed some metal built.. I don't remember the gentleman that I spoke to, but he ended up giving me some material that doesn't cost a lot of money, but was invaluable to me. It was a very kind thing to do, and he didn't have to do it Thank you, guys If I ever need HVAC work done, I would definitely call these guys first.
