The folks we bought it from just topped it off each time before they showed the house. So instead of struggling with the old unit All Temp installed a new unit for us. Two years later, I've had a couple of questions about the unit and they've answered those questions and even made a trip out once to help. Didn't charge me. I've got a bit of knowledge about these systems, and they've have answered honestly and not tried to mislead me. Their techs have great knowledge and are friendly and helpful. But once she used one of the vanities and discovered the drain leaked into the vanity interior, she contacted them immediately. It's been almost a MONTH and they still have not come out to finish what they started. My mother (73) and her mother/my grandmother (102) are home all day long and Gibson claims they have come out multiple times and no one was home. Not possible! Neither my mother nor grandmother are in the condition to be fixing what the plumber should have done right the first time. I wish my mother knew how to use Yelp and had seen that Gibson had a 1-star rating. I would have advised them NOT to contact Gibson. DO NOT CONTACT THESE PLUMBERS TO GET ANYTHING DONE. They will not take responsibility for the work they do and they will leave you high and...well, WET. They don't back up their work and they seem very annoyed that they have to make the trip out. Horrible customer service and work.
