Tom Chambers is a big joke... Money hungry, and basically a dishonest trade, the worst possible choice you can make if you want the right job done. Attended at my site, provided an estimate , and failed to mention that both roofs needed to be refrained FIRST , for different reasons. Been calling for 2 months & had other people & prominent businesses call & they won't answer phone. I've left messages on business phone & Joe's cell & still no returned calls!!. I've had 4 roofs & several gutters put on so u would think they would want my business. If I were WPSD I would think twice bout putting their name on. read more

STAY AWAY FEOM CHAMBERS! We had Chambers do our roof. It leaked and after several calls they came out to "fix" it, but leaks continued to happen. They didn't return many many phone calls and our roof is still leaking. Very disappointed in this local business that claims to care about their reputation and community. read more

It's almost been 2 months since someone came out and put these boards on our roof. We have received zero communication as to who came out, other than a business card stuck in the door, and how the issue of the streaked roof will be resolved. We spent hard earned money on a beautiful roof and now it looks terrible. We are even having neighbors ask us about our new roof and what happened. And as of right now, I have no choice but to tell them that "Chambers Roofing put the roof on, came back to fix an issue at our request, but left the roof in the shape it's in." Not great advertisement if you ask me. We have been MORE than patient considering we notified you about the streaking on the roof well over 3 months ago. And that was after we notified you a month before that and we were told "oh it will wash off". And as you can see by the photo, it hasn't. We were told the shingles will need to be replaced but STILL...nothing. They've even put on other roofs in our neighborhood since. Would not recommend to anyone. read more

Unfortunately, we had a terrible experience with this company. The work was expensive ($1200 to patch two spots) and both spots continued to leak! After we had moved and sold the house, thinking the roof had been repaired, the leaks sprouted back up. Now that it wasn't our house, it was really difficult to get them to return our calls. In fact, it became impossible. We spoke on the phone for nearly 20 minutes one day, all about how they're reputation is so important. He promised to have a different guy get back in touch that afternoon in an effort to make things right. Never heard back from them. I don't want to be "that guy" that complains online about a company, but this is NOT the roofer to use in Paducah. Sorry. read more

I was very impressed with the service I received at Chambers Roofing. Joe came to my house the same day I called him, and gave me a fair and honest estimate for free. He was frank about the work that needed to be done - didn't exaggerate the problem for his own gain. As a woman, it is important to me that servicemen are respectful and don't speak condescendingly to me when discussing repairs. Joe spoke to me as an equal and made eye contact. I left the consultation feeling as though I was heard as a customer, instead of dismissed. When I received the invoice, Joe had written on it that I needn't pay until after it rained, to be sure that the leak was fixed. That is exceptional service in my eyes. Too often companies do a botched job the first time and then charge you to come back and fix it. Not Chambers. The problem was definitely fixed after their first visit, but it was very reassuring to know that if it wasn't, I wouldn't be charged. read more

I just purchased a new property which had a roof leak. So we hired Mark Chambers roofing company to repair the leak. Through all this Mark Chambers continuously said all her work is guaranteed. so he performed his repairs which was very expensive. he charge $1700 for his services. so a week later it started to rain and I liked in the attic to see if his repairs worked and noted that it was still leaking. i'm not sure what repairs he did but it did not Stop the leaking. So I notified Mr. Chambers that it continued to leak and he stated that he would be at the house at 9:30 in the morning to fix the Leak and I waited and he never showed up. I sent him a text asking if he was still planning on coming and he totally ignored the text and did not contact me. Chambers Roofing was the best decision we could ever make. They came out and estimated our house and garage and gave us way more service than they estimated for, and didn't change their price. It's been 2 years and we've not had a bit of trouble. This is the best company around, and we highly recommend them. They come prepared with everything they need and clean up any mess, before they leave. They don't leave one scrap laying around, and their work is very well done, professional and efficient. read more
