I explained my situation that we lived 1200 miles away and the house we were purchasing had roof damage, she personally went over, inspected the roof, and immediately sent over a quote. Upon arriving in Paducah after our purchase the first night we were there it rained quite a bit and the roof leaked. I called and spoke with Audrey asking when we were scheduled for them to install our new roof explaining that the roof was leaking. She scheduled one of her crews to get us under a new roof before the next batch of storms were rolling in! The crew was amazing! They were prompt, efficient, and cleaned up well when they were finished. There was a satellite dish that we requested to be removed with the new roof however, they weren't aware of that and re-installed it when they were finished. One of the crew asked if we were up and running with the satellite and we explained that it was not supposed to be re-installed. They were packed up and ready to leave but they had someone get out a ladder, remove the dish, and replaced the shingles instead of doing a patch job to cover up the holes. Integrity Roofing did a good job on my roof and the person I worked with was kind. However, be…read morewarned that they refused to give me a detailed invoice on the project and thus I was unable to claim the full amount from my insurance. My insurance agent attempted to work directly with Integrity to get an itemized invoice of materials and services rendered with costs so they would be able to pay for the full job. Integrity could not provide that, and after weeks of asking them for transparency, they said they needed payment and would not wait for the insurance. Integrity told my insurance agent that their prices were proprietary. As a customer, I deserved to know what I was paying for, and because Integrity would not oblige, I'm out over $3,000.

They did a tear off and re-roof in 1 1/2 days on my house but made sure before they left both times the area was cleaned up and all nails were out of the drive as well as the yard. They did a great job roofing as well as cleanup, and were very polite. I would highly recommend them to my best of friends. They didn't "find" a lot of problems that cost a lot extra to fix. I had one board that was bad and they used my lumber that I had in the garage and replaced that piece and didn't charge me to do it. My wife says I'm too picky for details sometime and maybe she's right, but when I pay for a professional job I expect one. They did just that and gave me a great looking roof again.
