They were able to fix my sun/moon roof the same day I brought my car in, which saved my vehicle from potential water damage with bad weather coming in. The next morning I received my response and later that morning, a follow-up phone call. The next day, I called in to schedule my appointment. The tech, Mark B., did as promised and called me the morning of to confirm my appt. time. He then called my later upon his arrival. He is very friendly, courteous, efficient, and professional. In a quick 40 minutes, he was done and he asked me to sit in the vehicle to make sure the new windshield met my expectations.
