He lied about returning the parts, so the only thing the wrecker was able to retrieve was a roller chassis. This was a 2013 automobile that I had just put new tires on before taking it to him. I ended up having to sell it for scrap for $500. If you want to get totally screwed over, this is the place to take your automobile.

To date, a year on, no leaks or issues whatsoever with the repair. It's not an overstatement to say they allowed me to drive away in a car that should not have been on the road. It was a safety hazard to me and other drivers. They exacerbated one of the worst periods of time in my life. Their shoddy work cost me a lot of money, paid to them for my "repair" and then fixing what they broke when I returned home. They found a malfunctioning coil and replaced it. It's been a couple of months since the repair and the car works great! Since my auto was working great, I decided to have them look at my pickup. Previously, I had the pickup worked on by a couple different shops and one repaired an electrical problem, later another shop worked on it, yet the truck ran poorly, lacked acceleration. Troy found a leak in a couple vacuum lines and replaced another component in my truck. The pickup now starts right up, no longer lags when it accelerates, runs smoothly, and the gas mileage has improved. I am very satisfied with the work done on both my vehicles at Troy's Auto.
