We decided on two pizzas - PB & J which contained roasted pineapple, smoked bacon, fresh jalapeño, mozzarella, brick blend and the Animal Style -Ezzo pepperoni, seasoned beef, bacon, pizza sauce, crushed chilis, Grana Padano. I'm actually shocked that The Canyon Grill/Roslyn Hotel restaurant doesn't have 5 stars across the board. Perhaps the reviewers have never had Really "Poor Service" and Donna served us very well. If you have read my reviews before, you might remember that I have a waffle fetish - particularly for thick Belgian waffles. Thick, warm, and crispy with that perfect golden hue and covered with hot mixed berries. And syrup. Anyway, Ricky's provided me with the safe, healthy, and judgement-free atmosphere to indulge in my waffle idolatry.
