Upon entering, I was not greeted with a warm good morning as I saw others were. They may have been regulars but as a business, they should show all customers the same hospitality. I was also not approached the same as the four other people before me who were told to enjoy their day. My orders were called and placed on the counter with the employee quickly scurrying off. It may also help if the employees focused on one order at a time as I purchased 4 items and had to visit the counter three different times playing hopscotch with other customers. On top of that, the weird vibe I received from the other customers did not make me feel anymore welcome. I understand that the customers are who they are but my overall experience is the coffee is great but I will not be revisiting this establishment.
