The tart lingonberries, creamy custard, flaky pastry, and sweet glaze all complemented each other so well. I do wish there was a lot more filling and that it was more evenly distributed, as I only got a few bites with the filling and the rest were just plain pastry with glaze (still yummy though). I wish I had known there was a line forming right at 7am. I would've rolled out of bed sooner. Thankfully, they told us you can call ahead and reserve, which we might just do next time because I'm already thinking about going back. Not having been there before, I was flying a little blind but this looked good. It was not inexpensive but she can't do this for free. And it was worth it. Maggie, the owner was extremely accommodating and kind. The gluten free donuts, gluten free cupcakes, and gluten free lemon lavender cookies were outstanding. The gluten free ginger molasses cookies were a massive hit at my event. The fact that all of her treats can be made vegan and gluten free, are an absolute win. They are better then any other treat you will find in town. Absolutely incredible service and product. I will be a regular customer.
