I was told this place was delicious, so I decided to give it a try. The waitress was super sweet and very attentive, and the service was excellent. I ordered the chicken pesto, and it was so good I cleaned my plate. I would definitely order it again!

Not impressed at all. We were sat pretty quickly despite being rather busy. Host was friendly but our waitress was short and kept trying to rush us. As soon as we sat down she said do you know what you want? She had just handed us the menu. We asked for a few minutes, 2 mins later she was back asking if we were ready. I told her it was our first time and we needed a minute to look at the menu, 3 mins later she was asking again. We went ahead and just ordered something quickly just to get it over with. Very, very rushed and felt like a bother. Food came out hot and pretty fast. We ordered the pasta with marinara not meat sauce. Pasta was served with meat sauce. Salad had no cheese and looked like it was out of a bag. Food was just ok. Not what I was expecting at all. May or may not try again. Giving it a little time before we attempt to go back. Does not compare to Giuseppe's or real Italian Diners.

Tucked away up a hill is the location.

Food, service, ambiance, and overall convenience. It's a very short drive from my house. Pickup orders are always correct and fresh!

I pulled up to Fusion at Ridgefields by myself like a grown adult (very rare), mainly because my…read moregirlfriend Olivia was bartending and I figured I should at least pretend to be a supportive boyfriend. First off, this place is way nicer than I deserve to be in. Low lights, super clean, and everybody looks like they have their life together. Meanwhile I'm just there for moral support and food. Olivia was behind the bar absolutely carrying the establishment, making drinks like a professional and not judging me for sitting there alone. She was super attentive, super attractive, the drinks were perfect, and you can tell the staff actually cares about what they're doing. Shout out the host Meisha she is tough also! I ordered food expecting "good for Kingsport," and got "actually really, really good." Everything came out fast, looked fancy, and tasted even better than it looked. No complaints at all. The vibe is perfect whether you're on a date, with friends, or just sitting there solo like me pretending you're important. Super relaxed but still upscale. 10/10 would recommend. Go sit at the bar and tip Olivia so I can have a nice birthday present.

The calamari and ceviche for appetizers. My friend had the fettuccine Alfredo and I had the glaze salmon at first. The rice was extremely salty and the glaze on the salmon also made the saltiness pop. So I returned it after one bite and ordered the quesadillas which were much better. My friend's pasta also lacked flavor and was low on salt, complete opposite. She also didn't like the ceviche. Our waiter however was pleasant and accommodating.

It seems that almost every town or city has a restaurant called Italian Village. OK, maybe a slight…read moreexaggeration, but only slight. I know far too many Italian restaurants with that name. My favorite Chicago restaurant has this name (also has the distinction of being Chicago's oldest Italian restaurant). Anyway, so the name is not unique. What you do have here is some pretty solid pizza. Being a bit of a pizza snob that was raised in New Jersey, I like to think of myself as knowing good pizza. I was pretty apprehensive when a customer recommended we have lunch here, but I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised. The pizza has a nice blend of dough, sauce, cheese and spices. The flavor blends well. While I can appre5topping on my pizza, I like to judge my pizza when it is just a plain slice. Here the pizza did not disappoint. I definitely recommend here.

I've eaten here once before, but this is the first time I ordered a pizza. Italian Village had the…read morereputation of best pizza in the Tri Cities, I'm a bit confused why this is is the case. We did not have any problems: service was swift and the setting is fine. The location was reasonably clean and we got, exactly, what we ordered: a large sausage pizza. So why were we not impressed! The sauce is first, it didn't have much flavor. Second, the sausage was different (like a long sausage sliced thin); we just didn't like it. Third, it was kind of salty tasting (maybe the sausage?). On the positive side, I will give the crust a nice nod as it has some crispness. I make a lot of pizzas at home and my homemade pizzas are every bit as good. The only location in Tri Cities I like better than mine is Raffael's. You may disagree, and that is fine, but, for our palate, we will not return.

Traveling through Kingsport we stopped into two dads for a quick lunch. I was pretty surprised as…read moreit was not the Two Dads that we had picked out from the other Yelp restaurant. Kinda confusing. The other Two Dads has a bunch of different sandwiches, wraps, pimento cheese etc. The menu is pretty limited to burgers, a couple other sandwiches, and breakfast. I got the burger and tater tots. It was fine. Nothing to write home about, but certainly a filling burger. Wife got two hot dogs with chili and fries. Her fries looked better than my tots. It looked fine. The service was dry but, fine I guess. There were some flies, but hey, every restaurant, especially this time of year has those. The most memorable thing however was the Confederate flag stating "Git R Done" on the wall and the Uncle Remus ad. I get it, you're going for that 1959s diner vibe, but I wouldn't recommend this place, especially if the other Two Dads, without the outdated decor, is open across the street.

Located on the corner of Sullivan and Charlemont, it's pretty easy to find. There is a small…read moreparking lot adjacent to the building, but the surface is pretty bad. It's paved, but there is a major broken hump you would need to drive over to get into several of the parking spaces. The hump was high enough to scrape the bottom of the vehicle. It had rained previously so there was also a six inch deep puddle next to the hump. Taller pickup trucks or SUVs could park in these spaces but not regular sedans or minivans. Other parking is available on the street, with parallel parking spaces as well as angled spaces. In general, you won't have much issue finding a space, but there were no handicapped spaces noticed. Access to the entrance door also requires a step as no sidewalk ramps were observed. This is not a restaurant issue but should be noted for the mobility impaired. We were greeted as we walked in and taken to a small table. Seating is somewhat crowded but not bad. The decor is very homey and eclectic. It also seems they change decorations based on the season which would keep the interior fresh. There were a lot of boxes of various items taking up floor space which did impact maneuverability, so please be aware as you go to and from your seat. Our server took our drink order right away and brought the drinks back quickly. We needed more time to peruse the menu and our server was very gracious and came back after an appropriate time. I did not get her name but she was very good. Our order took 10-15 minutes to arrive. The 2 eggs, meat, and biscuit with gravy was fine. The eggs were a bit undercooked from what was ordered. The sausage patty was a bit overdone and tough to cut. The gravy needed additional pepper, but this is a personal choice. The biscuit was good and easily the best part of the dish. The French toast was cooked perfectly, as was the bacon. The eggs were also cooked to order. The Jeremy's western omelet was not as expected. My dining partner did not want home fries (as included in Stacey"s western home fries bowl) but when the dish arrived it was on a bed of home fries. We re-checked the menu to be sure the correct dish was ordered and then called our server. She indicated both the Stacey's bowl and Jeremy's bowl included home fries, even though the menu does not include home fries for the Jeremy's bowl. Our server talked to both the kitchen and one of the owners to confirm and then offered to re-make the Jeremy's bowl without the home fries. We were told they made a mistake on the menu and both bowls included home fries. Apparently the Stacey's bowl does not include eggs while the Jeremy's bowl does. Since it had been some time already my dining partner did not want to wait for a re-fire. She wound up eating only about half the order, partially for time and partially because of a large amount of grease pooling on the plate. The take home container had a good amount of oil on the bottom when arriving home. Their menu does offer a decent array of dining options. The execution was a bit spotty, but the service was outstanding.
