The establishment offers drive through service, dine-in, and order on app. We chose dine in for our first experience. We ordered the Zax Big Snack and wanted to try one of two chicken taco flavors, Avocado Ranch. (The other is Chipotle Ranch.) It took almost 10 minutes to get our 2 items, but as mentioned earlier, it was extremely busy when we arrived. The meal reminded me of Raising Cane's, I'd often dined in Texas. For those who like deliver please order through Grubhub. They were reliable unlike Doordash who canceled our order, and we are still waiting for that refund back. Why is this food so good? Well one word- it's fresh. It's also affordable and the portion size is incredibly big. I was beyond impressed by how hot the food was when it came. I am contacting Corporate to recommend some training since this small issue could have been diffused and handled in a more consumer friendly manner.
