Funky, tasty, authentic local spot. Same fella as everyone else reports. Doesn't need to be liked and that's OK by me.

Had breakfast there on a sunny Sunday morning. Wife had plenty of gluten free options and the green chile huervo rancheros were amazing.

When you first arrive there are two parts to the restaurant. One part is just for food and the other is for cake and desserts. We knew we wanted food so we went to the entrance on the right. The menu is quite simple and they specialize on French pastries/breakfast items. I got the Westcoast Montreal Bagel. They really nailed it. I love the smoke salmon in it along with the alfalfa. The bagel was made the Montreal way. It was nice and chewy. It had the right texture. I loved it. B had the large poutine. It was a bit peppery but that was very tasty. They were very generous on the cheese curd which was really nice. Seating can be hard to find given the restaurant isn't very big. There are seatings outside as well. Most people eat and then leave. We ended up sitting on the sofa with the fireplace which was not bad. We do prefer a normal table that was ok for us. I tried a piece of my friend's sticky bun and that was very tasty as well. It is kind of messy to eat. So far the items I tried were tasty. They do have street parking and parking lot dedicated to their customer.

If you get the BLT make sure you get it all dressed as the tangy from the pickle elevates the Sandwhich. Services was good, staff were friendly and prompt. They have a nice patio outside along with lots of inside seating.

The staff are friendly and the food is made fresh to order so expect you might have to wait a bit for your food. Food: Crazy tots - The toppings are a little scant but it's kind of forgivable because these are perfectly crispy. You can hear someone bite into one from across the table! Would gladly eat another plate plain. 4.5/5 Corned beef hash - A little tough texturally as they cube their corned beef instead of chopping it but it had a good flavor without being too salty. The potatoes soak up the beefy oil and along with the lightly cooked onions it was great. My sunny side eggs were also perfect. 4.5/5 Sausage plate - This is a fun dish as the sausages are all unique. You get a breakfast, Italian, chicken, and sage sausage each with unique textures. None of them were dry. It comes with a ton of crispy country potatoes, eggs, and two pieces of multigrain toast so guaranteed to fill you up. 5/5 I will also give this place bonus points for having a hot sauce bar! There were a selection of Tabasco-brand sauces, Melinda, Tia Lula, and a few other I hadn't heard of before so it was great to have a hot sauce flight for my eggs and potatoes. If you're looking for a brunch spot I'd highly recommend giving this place a try. It's not the fanciest, most creative, or even cleanest place but it beats the socks off a Dennys or Tim Hortons any day of the week.

The entry needs a bit tidying up to be welcoming, but the inside is kind of cute and clean enough. We were greeted and seated promptly. I had the Big Bend Hot Cereal, which was okay. Sorry to say, I didn't feel safe adding the fresh fruit cup. Hubby had the pulled pork breakfast sandwich, which was very good. The major disappointment was the coffee. It was super super weak. There was no saving it, and for a breakfast place weak coffee is a deal breaker. It wasn't like Denny's weak, it was almost-water weak. Maybe just an off pot; but it was bad.

Much needed in the height of summer temperature reaching the mid to high 30c. It still carries Bee Kind amenities and I love that brand! It is outside the downtown area of Revelstoke, so you will need to drive into town or take the shuttle for $2 per way. It is about 5 mins away. I like the hot tub. There are two! One outdoor with a view of the mountains and everyone looking at you. The other is in the lower level where the small fitness center is. There are also steam room and sauna and shower area and lounge area there. There are also complimentary beverages like coffee, tea (teavana) and fruit infused water in the morning. After that, only water is available. The lounge area is quite big with a pool table. You can be kept occupied even if you spend a whole day indoors. I'll stay here again if I ever visit Revelstoke again.
