Came here to meet up with a friend for drinks and potentially appetizers post work. We didn't really like the food menu so we decided to just do a round of drinks. The cocktails were pretty good and the ambiance itself is nice and aesthetic. Drinks are a bit pricey. Would probably only return because the place was cute.

We saw this place on someone's instagram and really wanted to try their cocktails. I'm so glad we went because turns out, they also have great food!! I'll also start by saying their service was excellent and everyone was so nice. The restaurant itself is quite large with lots of seating. There were both tables and bar seating. That being said, none of the tables looked like they would seat larger than 4 (although I'm sure they could potentially combine tables?) Bonus: their bathrooms were extremely clean For the food we got the Chicken Bao Bun, Beef Poutine, and Mama's stuffed bread. They were all SO good. Not too salty, perfectly spiced (where appropriate). My only comment would be the beef poutine was served in a deep bowl and the sauce was very runny so the top fries weren't very saucy and the bottom fries were soggy. For their drinks we got the Blondie with the Body, Robins & Roses, The Huntsman, and (I think) the Sirens Song. They were all so great! We sat at the bar and saw the cocktail making process and really appreciated all the care and detail that went into each cocktail. We really would've liked to try more (guess we'll have to go again!)

Looking for a new drink spot? This is your place. The inside is beautifully decorated, warm and intimate yet upscale. The cocktail and food menu is consistently changing with the seasons to keep it interesting. The cocktails are super unique, featuring an assortment of liquors and flavor combos. I ordered an espresso martini which was delicious and well balanced. The food was decent - I tried the calamari, truffle burger, buffalo chicken wrap, steak entree, and grown up grilled cheese. Everything besides the buffalo chicken wrap was just a little bland. The service was attentive but not overly inviting. I would definitely come back for just cocktails!

What a great addition to Southbury, CT! Bevy Co has both amazing food and cocktails, especially with their new spring menu. Service was excellent and super cozy, yet up-scale vibe inside. Food is delicious - some of my favorites included the burrito bowl (super generous portions), chicken bao buns, burrata salad and tuna wonton nachos. I highly suggest finishing the meal with their espresso martinis and fried dough. You could get the espresso martinis regular or lavender or pistachio. The fried dough was warm, light and fluffy and so delicious. You could get this savory, topped with marinara sauce, or sweet, topped with cinnamon sugar. Better than I've had from any fair.

A trip to The Bevy Co is truly a treat and you deserve to treat yourself. The evidence is in the details and the staff makes sure to deliver a top-tier guest experience every time. The ambiance is truly beautiful. It is inviting, creates a warm feel, and is so comfortable it encourages you to stay for hours. My martini was superb but the true art was in the stunning signature cocktails. I wanted to try every single one. The olives were smaller than others, but still flavorful and salty. The food was creative and delicious. I very much enjoyed the deviled eggs, calamari, and chicken dumplings. I can't wait to go back and try the rest of the menu. There is respect for every fresh ingredient placed on the plate. You won't find an experience quite like this anywhere else. A tip of my hat to the owner and the brilliant concept she has brought to life.

*Both of these pics are from separate visits* The espresso martini was the first drink I ever got at Bevy & it was divine! Love the foam and flavor options they have! The botanicus is on their new spring/summer menu & it was similar to an aperol spritz, except floral. I enjoyed it as it was a step out of my comfort zone, but I wouldn't get it again. I tried a sip of the whiskey sour on their menu (not called a whiskey sour but that is essentially the taste) and it was so good! Their menu for the 2024 restaurant week was delicious! The street corn and the fried dough stood out, the poutine was a little bland but a huge portion! The fried oreos were a fun dessert as well. The service is always good and friendly, especially with Dean - love him! Will be returning to try more of their fun new drinks and menu items!

I loved the decor inside! It was a cozy spot. The food was good but needed some tweaking. I thought my salmon was good but the rice felt too soupy and soggy. The drinks were delicious!

Let me start by saying I love the drinks here. Consistently unique and well crafted cocktails. I've visited Bevy Co a few times, and the food is just okay. This time we ordered the tuna wonton nachos and it was supposed to be topped with spicy mayo and avocado. We asked for avocado on the side because my friend is allergic, but unfortunately they left off the spicy mayo as well so the wontons were a bit bland. I ended up asking for a side of it so we could dip the wontons ourselves. I have to say, I loved the whipped feta! The flavors there were great and it was beautifully executed. I'd recommend stopping in for a cocktail on a date night, or just for drinks with a friend. They put a lot of thought into the decoration and there's no place around like it.

top notch love the bar tender she's literally the coolest and the onlyfans drink... OH MY GOD GIVE ME 10. I WANNA DIE BY ONLYFANS OD muah

I was really excited to try this place out! It is the cutest set up! You see the bar as soon as you walk in which wraps around. The table to the right is the cutest and the paintings on the wall are very pretty? Their menu is so amazing!! It was so hard to choose what to get!! Everything was so delicious and the staff was so friendly !! I can't wait to go back!!

ORIGIN: The Bevy Co opened in late spring 2023. Owners Stevie Sacco and Mallory Monagan are cousins who share a decade of experience in all aspects of restaurant management and service outside of the kitchen. The Bevy Co is a play on the word beverage, an aspect of restaurant experience for which Stevie, formerly a general manager and bartender for the local Market Hospitality Group enterprise, has developed expertise. CONCEPT: The Bevy Co is a quiet, tucked away cocktail lounge where people can gather and connect without the distraction of crowds, loud music, or flickering television images. Unique cocktails are highlighted, including liquor-free versions with ingredients that produce a calming effect, but glasses of wine or beer are at hand as well for those feeling less adventurous. LOCATION: The Bevy Co secured approval to be located in a small commercial strip that is perpendicularly situated on a road that connects to Southbury's Main Street. As such there is a sense of discovering a hidden gathering spot. EXPERIENCE: Unlike most bar/lounges, the Bevy Co is light-filled, with sunlight streaming through large windows. Similarly, the decor draws in nature, with organic shapes (e.g. curvy cafe chairs and hairpin-shaped bar), elements (e.g. hanging plants), and references (e.g. coneflower mural) woven throughout space. Collectively the lounge has a feminine vibe, which is not surprising given the Bevy Co founders and the entire floor crew are women. SUGGESTED SUMMER 2023 PAIRINGS: GONE ON HOLIDAY + HONEY PINEAPPLE WINGS: If unique cocktails aren't enough, the Bevy Co produces its own infusions, syrups, and bitters. I felt compelled to try one during my first visit and experienced the "Gone on Holiday", a nutty take on the classic Mai Tai, composed of spiced rum, macadamia nut liquor, lemon and lime juice, and pineapple ginger shrub. Wanting to check out one of their accompanying dishes from the menu, which includes plates prepared for individual or shared nibbling, I thought the best pairing for this beverage would be the Honey Pineapple glazed chicken wings. I received five wings that were slightly crisp on the exterior, and plump and moist in the interior. The wings were enveloped in just the right amount of glaze -- the flavor did not take away nor distract from the cocktail. The tropical cocktail was served in an ice-filled, clear pineapple-shaped glass that was decorated with a single pineapple leaf. I found "Gone on Holiday" very refreshing, and a perfect taste for a summer evening. EXODUS + THAI PEANUT WINGS During my first visit the bartender, Sara, shared with me her two favorite cocktails on the menu -- Exodus and Roxanne -- both of which invite surprise through their totally unfamiliar combinations. At a subsequent visit I ordered Exodus, but struggled to identify a dish that would pair well with its flavors (sesame orgeat, Cherry Heering, sake, and lemon). I landed on the idea that the Thai Peanut Wings, topped with sesame seeds and cilantro, was the best pairing option from the specials menu. Exodus proved to be a sweet, fruity cocktail, that is surprisingly smooth and somehow very dainty in its presentation. The Thai Peanut wings provided an earthy balance to the pairing. CUCUMBER CARTEL + CHICKEN BAO BUN: The flavor and scent of cucumbers are associated with summer, so for my most recent visit I chose to experience Cucumber Cartel, composed of muddled cucumber, house jalapeño-infused vodka, lime juice, spicy honey, and carbonated water. This bright and flavorful cocktail perfectly complemented the Chicken Bao Bun, where Kimchi, moist Hoisin shredded chicken, fried shallots, and spicy Aioli are brought together in a pillowy Asian bun. This results in a complex, interesting contrast of flavors and textures. BLONDIE WITH THE BODY + CHEESECAKE Pistachio syrup-infused espresso martini is a perfect end of evening match for a thick slice of juicy fruit-topped cheesecake. Very popular cocktail! TIPS: Menu changes seasonally. Happy Hour is between 3 PM and 5 PM Thursday through Monday, during which there is a discount on beverages. Bevy Co is closed on Tuesdays. A private room that adjoins the lounge may be booked for an event -- perfect for a special celebration. The bar/lounge is a short swing off of I-84 exit 15.

I love this little place! It's located in a quieter plaza, across from the more infamous Leo's in Southbury. When I went for an early dinner it was a smaller crowd, but everyone was enjoying themselves. There is seating in two rooms and the bar, but I would describe it as intimate. The menu looked fun (I got the lobster bao to go, and it traveled really well! The box acted like a bit of a steamer to keep things warm and moist), although I was there for Restaurant Week 2024. The menu was carnival themed, and delicious! The street Corn I was only sad because I ran out of pita before dip. The corn dog was thinly breaded but had a nice crunch. It could have used about two minutes more cooking time. The sundae for dessert may not necessarily be fair food (it would be too messy) but was a great end to a great meal! I did find out they don't automatically give out spoons, so don't be afraid to ask for one. The staff were all nice and multiple people asked how I was doing so they seem to all work together as one machine.

The food was very good, priced right, and proper portions. We shared the mild buffalo wings, extra crispy. The sauce was good and wings cooked well. The bleu cheese dip did not seem to be homemade but it did the job. My wife had a French onion soup which was very good, and the tots-chos. The tots were crispy and smothered in what we believe was a homemade cheese sauce, olives, jalapeños, pickled red onions, and fire roasted corn. It came with salsa, which in our opinion wasn't really needed. Sour cream may have been better but they were fine as is. I had the Tex-mex wrap with fire roasted corn which came with sidewinder fries. Everything was well seasoned and we brought home plenty of leftovers. The beer list was smaller but had a good selection of local crafts and some more well known brands. Our server, Jules, was very nice, attentive, and made good recommendations. Overall, would definitely come back for a low key dinner or to watch the game.

Don't let the outside of this place fool you because looks are definitely deceiving. We were cautious coming to this place due to the appearance of the outside, but once we were in it was so much fun. Agus, aka rawbartender, was Ah-mazing and truly made the night fun. He was truly such a vibe!! I ordered the SpongeBob, which was Goslings rum, pineapple spice, ginger, lime, angostura bitters. Especially with the show that was put on, my drink tasted even better. It was a Smokey, yet smooth and refreshing drink! We also got the Snow White, on the sweeter side made with Pear vodka, orgeat, pear juice, lemon juice, cinnamon. And of course, we can't forget our schooling in tequila and Mezcal from Agus. He was very informative of what he was serving and we tried a few different shots. He gave us the rundown of how you're actually supposed to taste tequila. And I have to say I've never had an experience like that before. I wish the party didn't stop and I will definitely be coming back specifically for Agus and of course the drinks!

Woodbury Brewing Company is a craft brewpub that opened in Woodbury, Connecticut in December 2017…read more It was founded by friends and business partners Allan Cetrone, Tim Budrewicz, T.J. D'Alexander and Ken Mair. After he found his previous employer's ethical standards unconscionable, Cetrone decided to quit and find a new line of work. He and his friends frequently got together at a backyard barn man-cave which was complete with a fridge and kegerator. Cetrone had also been experimenting with his own homebrewed beers. Once their man cave became a popular spot for family gatherings, the four friends decided to open their own brewery. The taproom has a rustic saloon aesthetic (a nod to the friends' backyard barn man-cave) complete with a stage for live musical acts to perform. In addition to the housemade beer, WBC also serves wine, cider, craft cocktails, and a large menu of delicious food from their in-house kitchen. I recently visited Woodbury Brewing Company for the first time. I had heard that they host a lot of live music acts and I purchased a ticket to see Hudson Valley-based Rush tribute band "Limelight". I'm a HUGE Rush fan, so I was really excited to see the group perform. I arrived over an hour before the show started. I had a reserved table right by the stage. There was a modest crowd when I first arrived, but the whole taproom was packed by the time the show started. After looking over the menu, I decided to order the "Nashville Hot GIANT Chicken Sandwich" (hot honey, cajun spice, pickles, mayo) with "Sweet Potato Fries" as well as an order of "Cheese Curds" (served w/ house-made marinara). I was totally shocked when the food finally came to the table. When they say "giant chicken sandwiches", they mean GIANT! I could barely fit the sandwich into my mouth, but it was so delicious! The sweet potato fries were equally big and delicious, and the cheese curds were really good too! Throughout my visit, I enjoyed pours of "Yummy Beers" (Double New England IPA), "Collusion" (New England IPA), and "Barrel-Aged Don't Go Romanov" (Barrel-Aged Russian Imperial Stout). They were all surprisingly good! Limelight also gave an excellent performance to the very energetic crowd. Overall, I had quite an enjoyable evening and I'll definitely be back! I already have a ticket to another show!
