It taste good but 29 dollars for a very small amount ceviche is insane. Hardly any fish.

While driving by I saw a grand opening sign with balloons and stopped in. I rarely have Peruvian food, so I was excited to try something new. The staff is so friendly and helpful. They suggested a Peruvian Gold Cola and recommended a couple dishes. Of course, I chose ceviche. The ceviche was extremely good. The mixed comes with calamari, mussels, shrimp, and fish. Not to mention it has plantain chips, Peruvian Corn (made two ways), and some sweet potato. My only critique is plating presentation should be nicer at this price point. The quality of the seafood and mixture of textures really makes this dish stand out. Overall, I was impressed by the food, the drinks, and the customer service.

The food was very good and 1flavorful. i got the lomo saltado $24. kids shared a 1/2 pollo a la brasa with fries $22. husband got the jalea mixta $35 with choritos a la chalaca $16. my husband didn't like that the jalea didn't have any calamari and the chorito was missing more lime. $4.50 for a glass drink. inca cola is $3.75. no free refills. server was super nice and attentive.

We love the Best Ceviche and we are so happy to have Peruvian food in the AV! We ordered a catering order for Mother's Day and everything tasted amazing, fresh and delicious! The order process was easy and the owner himself made himself available for questions and accommodations. We got ceviche, pollo a la brasa and sides. The chicken was juicy and flavorful. We truly enjoyed our decision to have The Best Ceviche for this special day!!

Once you park in the parking lot it is around the corner near the street side. I most missed snd but saw the location as o was pulling out of the driveway since I didn't see it at first. The restaurant is very clean, many tables and seats plus a big tv in the dinning area. The waiter immediately asked me how can I help you. I decided to have lunch. After looking at the menu I decided to go with my usual loma Saltado!!!

This was our first time here, Erica was very nice and attentive, seafood were excellent, no wonder it's called the "BEST CEVICHE", I totally agreed. I'll give them a perfect 10! Will definitely come back

Let's get to the nitty gritty, Lomo Saltado was off the chain. The green sauce was better than anything the hulk can cook up. The lomo was tender and fries were cooked to perfection. The green spaghetti was full of flavor, but to chew through the bistec you'll need jaw strength compared to that of John Cena. The staff were friendly and the overall look of the place was clean, organized and simple. The cherry on top was the jugo de piña or "pineapple drink," similar to a piña colada, minus the alcohol and bad decisions. In conclusion, I'm going back for more and you all should too.

We were very surprised with how big the portions were. The service was good too. It's a little pricey but we have leftovers for another meal for all of us.

Too expensive and food portions are way too small for the price. Customer service is ok.

You can't go wrong with any of these dishes... can't wait to try more dishes. Service is fast and the ladies are really sweet and attentive. Ambience is very chill and comfortable. If you're looking for REAL, authentic, soul warming Peruvian food with incredible flavors and even…read morebetter people behind it, Asumare Peruvian Cuisine is the place!!! This was one of those dining experiences that sticks with you, and not just because the food was amazing, but because the hospitality made it feel like you were being welcomed into someone's home. We started with the Yuca Frita with Huancaína, and it was the perfect introduction to the menu. The yuca fries were fried beautifully, crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside. The huancaína sauce was rich, creamy, and full of flavor. That yellow sauce had a subtle warmth and depth without overpowering the yuca. It was comforting, and impossible to stop dipping. Next up was the Lomo Saltado and woah this dish alone is worth the visit. We ordered it with ribeye and chicken thigh, and the combination was incredible. Everything was sauteed perfectly with onions, tomatoes, and cilantro, creating that classic savory, tangy, umami-packed flavor Peruvian cuisine is known for. The meat was tender and juicy, the vegetables were cooked just right, and the French fries soaked up all that flavor beautifully. Served alongside fluffy white rice, it was hearty, soooo satisfying, and incredibly well balanced. You could tell this dish was made with intention and experience. We also tried the calamari which was another solid hit. And a first for me! Lightly fried, tender, and not rubbery at all. It was clearly fresh and cooked properly. It paired really well with everything else on the table and made for a great shareable dish. But the real star of the night was a dish that completely surprised my partner and I! It ended up being our favorite dish, and it was the Tigre de Leche. THIS was hands down one of the freshest, most vibrant things we tried. The citrus was bold and super lemony, in the best way possible. You could taste the lime juice, the chile, onion, and cilantro all working together to create something bright, refreshing, and layered. It was zesty, slightly spicy, and incredibly clean tasting. One of those dishes where every spoonful wakes up your palate. If you're a ceviche fan or just love bold citrus flavors, do NOT skip this. It is a definite MUST try. Another thing that deserves a special mention is their iconic green sauce. It seriously went with everything we ordered. Creamy, herby, and just the right amount of kick, it elevated every dish from the yuca and calamari to the Lomo Saltado. We found ourselves reaching for it nonstop. Seriously one of those sauces you immediately wish you could take home. The customer service truly elevated the entire experience. Fabrisio, the owner, was phenomenal! He took the time to personally explain each dish, walk us through the flavors, and even share the story of how his restaurant came to be. You can feel the passion he has. Not just for Peruvian cuisine, but for creating a welcoming space for people to enjoy it. Super nice guy, super chill, and genuinely down-to-earth. The whole place gave off strong family vibes, which made the meal even more enjoyable. Shoutout to Melissa as well, who was serving us. She was attentive, kind, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever making us feel rushed. The service felt thoughtful and personal, not transactional. Over all we had the best experience, truly. Whether you're new to Peruvian food or already love it, this spot is a gem. We left full, happy, and already planning our next visit. We will be back and have already recommended this place to my family and friends! Thanks so much for having me. :D

They do not mess around with their portion sizes! I got the lomo saltado and that could literally be split between three people. The meat was juicy and tender and the fries and onions and tomatoes were cooked very well. The rice was also well prepared. Even though I don't really drink soda, I had to get the traditional Peruvian Inca soda which pairs so nicely with the food. They also start you off with the fresh yummy bread and butter. The staff is very sweet and the service is really good. The prices are extremely reasonable, especially considering the portion sizes. They have a parking lot that is shared with the other business in the strip mall. The place is popular and will get busy on Fridays and weekends especially. But worth the wait.

This place deserves a great review. We got here in a Sunday night at 7pm and they close at 8pm. Quite a few people ahead of us and all the tables were full and it seemed like many of them were still getting their food. Plan ahead to go well before they close. Of course we went with our favorite: Steak Lomo Saltado. Always sooooo good. Some reviewers did say that the steak pieces are tough and dry and I can see that. But we have never had that problem. The french fries, onions and steak all pan fried together was soft and juicy. With the side of rice it's a large plate of food. Excellent! We decided to try the Beef Fried Rice this time. Kind of an Asian style pan fried rice with the same steak pieces. Some green onion and eggs and the fact that it was moist and mixed with a juice made it surprisingly good. So surprised that this dish was so good. The reason why I said go well before they close is because when we and another three person group for seated, the waitress said that they don't have anymore steak. So anything but steak and shrimp dishes are available. All of us were so disappointed. The waitress said she will check one time and asked what we were going to order. Between the two tables, we're going to order two Steak Lomo Saltado and one beef fried rice. She came back and said they have just enough steak for those three dishes. Tragedy averted, dinner turned out great but if you are going and intend to or a steak dish, make sure you go well before they close. But overall this is still our favorite Peruvian spot.
