A shout out to Enrique and Chelsea. My mother and I came into this store just to look around. I live in California and my mom, who has purchased a bed from y'all awhile back, wanted to show me a good bed to buy. Enrique approached us, with his GREAT easy going, no pressure personality, and I explained I couldn't buy now and that I was heading back to California. He still offered to show us around and answered any questions or concerns I had about beds. Great salesman! I went ahead and ordered a mattress topper and 3 pillows. Really enjoyed Enrique. I came back today to pick up the 3 pillows and bed topper. Chelsea was super sweet. She got me squared away with my order and answered a few more questions I had about Stearns and Fosters beds. I went two days in a row to look and consider beds. The first day I had a great salesman. The second day I thought I also had a great sales person, but Chelsea ended up just annoying me. Not at the moment, mind you, but I have sneaky suspicion she knew exactly what she was doing. I specifically wanted an adjustable bed. Wireless. These things are expensive but I felt like I got a good price. BEFORE handing over my credit card I asked, more than once, if it was a wireless adjustable base. Chelsea repeatedly said yes. Fast forward to delivery day, and I not only do I get a WIRED base, but one that is missing the connector so each side moves independently--and I didn't buy a split king. I bought a regular king. When I called Chelsea she made me pay an additional $200 for a wireless bed, AND told me I couldn't get the new base for another week. Wtf? And did I mention that on day two the left side got stuck fully upright? Chelsea's suggestion was that I try to lift it, hard, to unstick it. Look, I'm no weenie but I'm also a chick with no muscle. Trying to hoist a king size hybrid mattress and base nearly killed me. I think bedmart is just fine. But not Chelsea. I actually went back and bought a twin mattress after this issue because the price was good. Guess what Chelsea was doing when I got there? Sitting on a couch, "thinking" about rearranging the furniture. Man. Get rid of her. read more

My shopping and delivery experience was fantastic. Ed helped me get a great deal and also was thinking outside the box to get pieces of a sectional in that weren't in stock. Managed to get all the pieces I wanted at a killer price, and had it delivered the day I needed it done! Delivery men were professional, clean, and FAST with setup! I would buy here again. read more

Don't you hate it when sales people quote you the wrong things to make a sale. They promised early delivery but that didnt happen, which in return meant I couldn't go to work and lost $$$ The delivery people did not wear shoe covers to step into my house. What is wrong with these people. They got the mattress right but they got the WRONG color of bed frame. Who runs this place. So many mistakes and headaches. read more

Such a great place to buy a mattress! Richard was so helpful and very knowledgeable he helped us pick the perfect mattress. After sleeping on it for a couple nights i don't know how i ever slept on anything else! We had such a good experience that 3 days after getting the mattress we went back and got a love seat as well. We've been shopping for a mattress for a couple of months. Visited several stores before landing at bedmart. Our sales guy was amazing. Listened to our needs and had me lay on about a dozen mattress so we could really feel the difference. He didn't ask our budget or tell us the prices as we tried each mattress so we could really see what was the most comfortable. We went in thinking we needed a plush because I had recently had major back surgery. We ended buying a luxury firm. It was delivered a couple days later. Delivery guys were awesome. So far 3 nights with our mattress and we're loving it. No other store offered to help us find the perfect fit, they were only concerned about getting the sale. Went in a they didn't say a word to my fiance and I until we looked at tempurpedic beds (the bed was over 3000) when we looked at the lower priced items they didn't pay attention to us. Didn't even get up from their seats. Was sitting down stuffing their faces with food!! read more

Ok I normally dont write reviews but this one is a must,,,,,I so needed a good bed and searched many stores then I came to this one,,,,I came thru the door and started looking at beds and I was asked if I needed help I said I was just looking so no pressure on me from pushy salesmen...I found one I liked but was a little steep in price and as i talked to the salesman I asked about military discounts as we are on a fixed budget and the salesman BEN helped so much I got my discount and payed the price that I needed ... I have to say I had the best experience at this store. Richard Kirchoff was helpful the second I walked in the store. He really knew a lot about beds. He had me try a bunch of different mattresses to see which one was the most comfortable with depending on the way I sleep! I didn't feel pressured in buying anything. He told me my options and told me to think about it and come back when I'm ready. I have to say this mattress has given me the best night sleep I have ever had! Today my husband and I went into BedMart on Lancaster in Salem looking for a queen mattress. We had a plan to go to several different stores, testing beds and then most likely going home to make a decision and come back tomorrow or next week. When we walked into this location we were greeted by Edward who helped us from start to finish. He never made us feel pressured, even walked away when me and my husband wanted to talk about it one on one without us even asking. He tested our alignment on the beds and gave us every option and was so up front with all of the information. I feel like I was able to make an informed decision and something I thought I'd need a couple days to think about, turned into something we went with on the spot. He's one of the best salesmen of any product I have ever met and not in the bad way. I'm thankful he was the one we were with and I'm thankful that he made this process easier than I could have imagined. If anyone ever deserved a raise it's him. read more

We needed A LOT of furniture. Having just moved to the area because my husband got a job here and it was an interstate move, we didn't have a lot of $ due to the costs of moving. So we went in, thank GAWD for no high pressure from the get go. We looked around, had a guy ask us if we needed help, we said not yet and he backed off, said let him know if we did. When we finally had some questions, Sage was most helpful. We got out of there with most everything we needed and got a great deal to boot. We had already hit the other furniture places up and down Lancaster.....no way, we're sticking with BedMart from here on out. read more

DONT BOTHER WASTING YOUR MONEY! I purchased a couch from them about 7 months ago. I have had to replace it TWICE because it has broken. This time the gentleman that I talked to on the phone was rude to me about it. I told him that spending as much as I did I did not expect for it to be breaking all the time. He actually stopped me looked up my account and told me the exact prices and then the total (WHICH WAS ONLY $20 LESS THAN i HAD FIRST STATED, I WAS ROUNDING UP). I have a several thousand dollar account with them and prior to this had made several large purchases and had intended to make more. I will finish my bill and take my business elsewhere. read more

We had issues buying a new bed some of them were not their fault, however, the customer service that Chelsea provided was horrible. We have a very narrow stairway so trying to fit a king size mattress was impossible and we didn't even take that into consideration when we bought the bed. Not their fault! That is on us, however when we went back to talk to Chelsea (our sales person) she was very rude. She received a text message from her boyfriend in the middle of our transaction and she said, " well, my ride just left me." and proceeded to throw her phone, stating I have spent so much time on this. We finished the exchange of the mattress for one that would fit in my stairway. On the delivery day, they delivered it and there was a tear in it, and we went back and talked to Chelsea again and she apologized for being rude on our last visit blaming it on PMS, then proceeded to tell me I should have refused the delivery. I did not want money or a refund I just wanted them to acknowledge the fact that it is ripped and to note that on our warranty that it was ripped when I received it. I NEEDED A BED! She was rude again!!! I will never go back there. Happy with the bed but I will not go back. Hopefully Chelsea's PMS gets taken care of. read more

My husband & I were in dire need of a new bed. We both suffer from debilitating arthritis & spoke with Ryan Stebben. It was refreshing that they were interested in finding us the best bed for us, instead of trying to upsell us on the most expensive mattress. They were more concerned about our comfort instead of our wallet. We went back to the store and purchased the best bed, that was priced within our budget. He threw in some great deals on sheets, and pillows. There was no pressure to look or try anything else that was not within our budget. Prices are great sales people great. Delivery guys were horrible dragged my new matteres across my wet drive way. Went through my living room banging the matteres into things. Ryan sold me a great bed when I was so tired of shopping for beds at other places that I almost passed out on the mattress I tested out at BedMart. I had gone up and down Lancaster stopping in at the loads of bed places trying to find something lush in my price range without a gargantuan delivery charge, for I live up at the falls in Silverton. The first points I'm giving out for this place are for not being stuck up and acknowledging that not every person setting up house has a couple grand to sink into a new bed. Friendly and sharp Ryan met my budget needs with a good quality bed that I have been sleeping in for six months now that feels like my sanctuary. The dudes who delivered it were very careful not knock into any of my other furniture as they set the box spring and mattress up on my four poster. Five thumbs up for BedMart!
