Justin worked with us to confirm the height of our bed and headboard, the dimensions for our nightstands, and the dimensions and specific design of our dresser. We're very happy with the result. Prices are fair for the quality of the work. We have been very happy with the craftsmanship. The custom nature of these orders means there is a wait time, but we were in no rush and were very happy with the products we got. I will highlight that we specifically asked about low VOC finishes and were assured that's what they use. When our bed arrived, it had no smell. Our dresser does have a very strong smell and it does transfer onto clothes still, even though we aired out of room for a day after it arrived, wiped it down, and it's been 4 weeks now. White glove delivery was also included and both times (it was two separate orders, months apart) the delivery people were professional and were careful about placing items where we wanted, and not damaging anything while entering our home / navigating stairs and tight corners.

I hired Makers Woodworks, based on a recommendation. Garrett & Justin worked closely with me on the chair design, wood selection, and other project details. They regularly updated me as the work progressed. The chair turned out beautifully. It not only looks great, but just as importantly, it feels great to sit in. The craftsmanship is outstanding, and their attention to detail is obvious. The project was completed on time, and for a very fair price. I couldn't be happier with the finished product, and with my overall experience. I would hire Makers Woodworks again for other projects, and recommend them to anyone looking for high quality, custom wood furniture from experienced craftsman who stand by their work.

I called ahead (several times) but the phone always goes to voicemail directing customers to an email address instead. I didn't leave a message, so maybe what follows is on me? I live over an hour away and planned for this visit. I finally located their "new" address in a row of vacant strip mall stores. I also located their truck, randomly parked on the opposite side of the block, unconnected to anything. How pathetic that their "new" location, posted on their website, is a total bust - an abandoned storefront. Even more pathetic is the disrespect shown to potential customers by not updating the website, voicemail, or even the door of the former site. If I could give them zero stars, I would. Then several months later the sprayer blade broke again, after it was out of warranty. We figured out that due to the dishwasher not being level that the sprayer blade was getting caught up in the pool of water caused by the unbalanced unit. We contacted Kelly's to see if they at least had a leveling bolt we could get / purchase and were told that the person who installed the unit would contact us, which never happened. Ultimately we got a leveling bolt for free from a local appliance repair store (thank you) and fixed the dishwasher ourselves, but we had to buy two sprayer blades and deal with a leaking /overflowing dishwasher due to their bad installation job.

You walk into a showroom with some exciting and inviting items for your backyard oasis. My boyfriend and I just bought a house and it came with a hot tub-a first for both of us. We were excited to find a store that specialized in pools and spas! The most *unfortunate part is the owner. We went in to simply buy hot tub test strips. We were side swiped by the owner who was going to 'help us' She treated us as though we were being screened for adopting a child. She was anxious with a superior tone that would make anyone feel scolded. It was uncomfortable to be around her. There was no browsing or space to look for the supplies-because she definitely owned the room. We wore masks and were respectful to maintain social distance. We simply were quiet and stayed on task asking for test strips. She went on and on about how she 'always has to educate people about their spas.' He voice was loud and she would eye each of us-looking us up and down. At one point my boyfriend said, 'so do you not want to sell us the test strips?' After we were scolded and schooled on our spa we left feeling just icky. Why would anyone ever shop there? Best wishes if you dare to enter....
