In less than one month the mattress quilt top started separating from the mattress . Really bad lumps and bulges. We were told by the manager that they had a name.... "Polly Bunches".I took pictures. I went back to the store and I told them what happened (still under 90 days). And said I wanted a new bed and frame delivered. There were apologies and they threw in some kind of mattress cover and a delivery date was set up for the next two days. The "Red Carpet" delivery truck came again and tried to talk me out if the new frame I was promised.stating that " I didn't need it". I insisted. They were clearly upset by this. Another two weeks went by & discovered the same thing happening again! Polly Bunches. Took pictures & called the store. This time they wanted me to call their headquarters to Email the photos. And they sent out a third party person to investigate. They determined that it was indeed Polly bunches again. I returned to the store and was told that there was a new version of this mattress out. And the problems had been resolved. I didn't really want the same brand, but was told it would "mess up the warranty". They weren't quite as friendly to me this time ( it was like it was my fault now) that's why they updated the mattress????!!?? So I agreed to try the new and improved version and it was delivered. Not two weeks later it happened a third time !!!! With this "new and improved" mattress! I told them I wanted my money back or a different brand. I was told quite rudely no on the refund & I could "this time" get another brand, but the warranty would be void. I ordered a Sealy and so far it's fine. If it's not I'am out of luck!!! I like how because of crappy workmanship on these Simmons mattresses , that it turned out to be my fault. It was okay if it happened once... It has been five months and I haven't even received a phone call from the manager. She should be calling me Just to check up on me to see how every thing is working out. she has not!! I have in the passed purchased several beds for different people and will never spend a dime in this store again!!! Every chance I get, I tell my story. Horrible service all around. They forget that they are loosing money over this one incident. This is a poorly managed store and I believe extremely "shade tree " from the top to bottom"!!!. Avoid "Sleep Country USA" at all cost!!! Especially, the poorly managed Lancaster location!! Don't waste your time or your hard earned money on these fakes!! ***********UPDATE********************* Shortly after I posted this review almost four months ago, I received an email response from someone on "Sleep Country's" cooperate level expressing their "concerns" regarding my experience. They assured me that someone from the "regional level" would be contacting me very soon for an unstated reason, I would assume to "right" their "wrong"?????? I really do not know, because that response never came!!! Nothing!! Once again, (if not more now) reinforces my negative feelings about "Sleep Country USA". Cooperate was quick to try to stop ( although, they did not imply in any way that I remove my post) public negative feedback about their business. By possibly believing the regional office may be checking on me at the very least. It never happened!! I wasn't holding my breath either. Once again. avoid this place. They are FAKES!!!

Had to demand a refund for them to not reschedule my delivery and make it "work". My new floor was damaged. Had to call them about that, spoke to Bobette. Was told that they would fix my floors, and "Alex" would reach out. It's been 2 weeks and no one has called me or left a voicemail. The reason I say don't buy from them unless you live is Salem is because I live 45 minutes away from my door to their door and that was "too far away". After they got my couch it stayed at their warehouse for 5 more weeks. They didn't care about delivering it me, they didn't care about my home. Kelly's furniture is unethical, unprofessional and disrespectful. Here is the full narrative if you care to know more. In October of 2024 my wife and I purchased our Stanton sectional from Kelly's Furniture. We paid cash up front. It was communicated to us that it would take six to eight weeks before the sectional would be ready for delivery. All this is understandable. My issues began on exacting eight weeks from my purchased date. I called Kelly's Furniture to ask for an update. I was told that the couch just arrived. At that it "needed to be prepped" before it could be delivered. That being said, it missed the delivery window. That there is only a one time a month that Kelly's Furniture delivers to the "Coast". I live 45 minutes from Kelly's Furniture. I was told that I would have to wait five more weeks until delivery on January 14th, 2025. After the Holidays on January 7th, 2025 I called Kelly's Furniture to confirm that the delivery date was the 14th. Jake, who I would have more conversation later, informed me that I would get a text message and a phone call on January 13th, 2025. On that Monday, 01/13/2025, I received a text message that confirmed my delivery time: 8:45 to 11:45. I then got a phone call that told me to "press one" to confirm my delivery time. I then, pressed one. On January 14th, 2025 I waited until 11:00 to call Kelly's Furniture. Jake answered. After much confusion and with Jake having to call me back. I was told that the sectional was never put on the truck and that we would have to reschedule. Now I don't like having to be this kind of person, how I felt that I jumped through every hoop that Kelly's told me that I had to. I then triple check to make sure that the sectional would be delivered to my house that day. I told Jake that I will not be rescheduling, and I will be asking for a refund if the sectional isn't delivered to my house today. Jake then told me that he would have to call me back again. When Jake called me back, I was told that a team would be bring the sectional to my home between 2:00pm and 2:30pm. I said that I would be in a work meeting and that the front door was unlocked, and they could go through the garage door if they needed to. After my meeting I drove home at 3:00pm, expecting a sectional in my living room. Unfortunately, there was no sectional in my home. I waited until 3:30pm to call Kelly's Furniture for an update. This meaning I now wanted to be home when they arrived, and I wanted to know where my sectional was. There was no answer, I left a voicemail. I then had to return to work. At 4:00pm I called again, no answer. I left a voicemail. It was started to feel like my calls had been blocked. I called again at 4:30pm. No answer. I had my wife call and Jake immediately answered. There is your proof. I went home at 5:00pm and not expecting a sectional in my home I was surprised to see one. But the excitement was short lived when I looked down in front of the doorway to see a gash in my floor. This home is brand new I'm the first owner. My sock caught on the floor as if a nail was sticking up. I had to, with a razor, shave the top off so it was flat all along the scrap. And push down a corner that was delaminating. Still no response from Kelly's Furniture on the repair.
