We told him we were looking for a Sleep Number bed. He showed the Sleep Number bed first. Then he showed us the Matttess World version with all the extra options. It was wonderful. So we bought that. We also received free sheets. We also bought the insurance with a 10 year warranty and pillows. The pillows didn't work out. So Chance helped us with an exchange for even better pillows. He's the best. We love the store and him even more. Please stop by and meet Chance. I'm sure you will also be impressed with him and the store.

None of their posts list business name or location but it's obviously some kind of store based on pictures. Apparently have to make an appointment to buy anything. I contacted them twice to try to buy a mattress and they were difficult about scheduling quickly and I needed something to put in a rental ASAP so I found something else then they got rude and said I wasted their time and blocked me. If you want to sell mattresses you should make it easier for people who are trying to buy. There's dozens of places to buy a mattresses that aren't run like a drug dealer out of a random warehouse.

I also located their truck, randomly parked on the opposite side of the block, unconnected to anything. How pathetic that their "new" location, posted on their website, is a total bust - an abandoned storefront. In less than one month the mattress quilt top started separating from the mattress . Really bad lumps and bulges. We were told by the manager that they had a name.... "Polly Bunches".I took pictures. I went back to the store and I told them what happened (still under 90 days). And said I wanted a new bed and frame delivered. There were apologies and they threw in some kind of mattress cover and a delivery date was set up for the next two days. The "Red Carpet" delivery truck came again and tried to talk me out if the new frame I was promised.stating that " I didn't need it". I insisted. They were clearly upset by this. Another two weeks went by & discovered the same thing happening again! Polly Bunches. Took pictures & called the store. This time they wanted me to call their headquarters to Email the photos. And they sent out a third party person to investigate. They determined that it was indeed Polly bunches again. I returned to the store and was told that there was a new version of this mattress out. And the problems had been resolved. I didn't really want the same brand, but was told it would "mess up the warranty". They weren't quite as friendly to me this time ( it was like it was my fault now) that's why they updated the mattress????!!?? So I agreed to try the new and improved version and it was delivered. Not two weeks later it happened a third time !!!! With this "new and improved" mattress! I told them I wanted my money back or a different brand. I was told quite rudely no on the refund & I could "this time" get another brand, but the warranty would be void. I ordered a Sealy and so far it's fine. If it's not I'am out of luck!!! I like how because of crappy workmanship on these Simmons mattresses , that it turned out to be my fault. It was okay if it happened once... It has been five months and I haven't even received a phone call from the manager. She should be calling me Just to check up on me to see how every thing is working out. she has not!! I have in the passed purchased several beds for different people and will never spend a dime in this store again!!! Every chance I get, I tell my story. Horrible service all around. They forget that they are loosing money over this one incident. This is a poorly managed store and I believe extremely "shade tree " from the top to bottom"!!!. Avoid "Sleep Country USA" at all cost!!! Especially, the poorly managed Lancaster location!! Don't waste your time or your hard earned money on these fakes!! ***********UPDATE********************* Shortly after I posted this review almost four months ago, I received an email response from someone on "Sleep Country's" cooperate level expressing their "concerns" regarding my experience. They assured me that someone from the "regional level" would be contacting me very soon for an unstated reason, I would assume to "right" their "wrong"?????? I really do not know, because that response never came!!! Nothing!! Once again, (if not more now) reinforces my negative feelings about "Sleep Country USA". Cooperate was quick to try to stop ( although, they did not imply in any way that I remove my post) public negative feedback about their business. James welcomed me and asked how he could help. We looked for my previous purchase and he had me try the newest version of the pillow I have now on the bed I currently have (makes sense!). When I wanted to try other options, he showed me everything else he had based on the concerns I had (density and temperature management). He showed me things in the same price point and lower price points. He was very thorough and thought. I never once felt pressure to go up in price or pressured to do anything. The experience was personable and a fresh relief compared to having a tablet shoved in my face to tell me what I want. A good salesperson will provide better service than a stupid app any day!
