Stopped in on our way out of Charleston and very glad we did! Service was very friendly. There's plenty of parking. Sooooo many flavors to choose from and you could really taste them. It was so good my sister got a second drink to go! They also have a wine bar in the back.

My girls and I love this cute little coffee shop in Hanahan! The coffee is always amazing, they have new flavors every week and love to create new seasonal flavors and combinations. The customer service is always excellent and we always enjoy our purchases.

The staff is wonderful. The menu is off the chain. So many things I want to try. I loved my blueberry muffin and churro latte. The ambiance leaves something to be desired. It is not polished or refined.

We LOVE the bean counter. Can't say enough good things about the staff and service-- this is a relaxed neighborhood joint where the owner is often behind the bar and there's always a local pup ready to greet you when you walk in. And the coffee is good-- they have drip, espresso, alt milks, and lot's of specialty inventions like the 'Pluff Mud' matcha. The iced matcha is so yummy and also they don't burn the almond milk in cappuccinos, which I know is tricky. The decor is definitely funky. It's a small cinderblock building in a sort of industrial area near the downtown Hanahan. There are vintage booths and bar seating up at the front, and they showcase local artwork. Also a very cute and updated meeting room or bar/wine tasting area in the back? Maybe they have future plans for that space. Also parking is plentiful and super easy.

Had a lovely almond croissant, their Samoa nitro which was a lovely treat, and the interior is super cute and cozy. Not to mention their very attentive wait staff! I felt taken care of and right at home. 10/10

Super friendly staff, amazing coffee, tons of flavors, and quality baked goods. The barista was extremely helpful and welcoming, and our order came out very fast. The ham and Swiss croissant was AMAZING. I got the spicy mocha latte and it was delicious as well.

Love this coffee shop. All the employees are friendly and every time I go in there's puppies. The vibe is cool and inviting, as well as the owner. If you like supporting local and laid back businesses go here. 10/10

It's also a great spot if you have your dog with you. The menu has a lot of unique seasonal drinks, and I love that they offer coffee flights if you're having trouble deciding. Everything we've tried has been delicious, and it's fun being able to sample a few different flavors at once. They also have a nice selection of pastries, breakfast items, and even beer and wine. The staff is always friendly, patient, and happy to answer questions or make recommendations. The little details make this place special--from the local artwork on the walls to the cozy vibe that makes you want to stay awhile. It's the kind of spot you want to hang out in. The coffee is where they truly shine, rich, smooth, and tons of flavor options (including sugar-free, which I love). They also have a great variety of milk choices, so it's easy to customize exactly what you want. Unfortunately, the ham and cheese croissant was a big letdown. It was extremely greasy so much so that the paper it came in was completely soaked. When I went to take a bite, there was a strong, almost chemical smell that didn't resemble fresh baked pastry or ham at all. I tried to give it a chance, but the taste matched the smell and I just couldn't finish it. For $7, it was disappointing, and I ended up throwing it away. I had already left by the time I realized how bad it was, so I didn't get the chance to ask for a replacement, but based on that experience, I'd probably skip the pastries in the future. That said, I'll definitely still come back for the coffee, it's genuinely great. Just hoping the food side improves!

They have great food and their baked goods are awesome! Some outdoor seating for a bit of peace, a countertop if you want to be in the magic being made, and tables to get some work done or catch up with friends and colleagues. I've heard business meeting, meetups, dates, podcasts and book club discussions. Love the place! The use of coffee bags as decorations and other rustic decor makes me happy. The icing to update the review is my little guy spilled his water, one of the staff made him a little crab craft to match his shirt just to cheer him up. That's just kindness.

I really wanted a place that roasts their own beans, and of course, I couldn't resist getting a scone while I was there. While I was visiting, a mother and her young daughter (probably around seven or eight) came in, and the daughter was so curious about how the coffee was made. It was really nice to see the staff take the time to walk them through everything--explaining the photos on the wall, the different types of beans, how they're grown, and where they source them from. It created such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Experiences like that really stand out, and it's clear they care about both their craft and their customers. I'll definitely be going back again.
