I had already left by the time I realized how bad it was, so I didn't get the chance to ask for a replacement, but based on that experience, I'd probably skip the pastries in the future. It was really nice to see the staff take the time to walk them through everything--explaining the photos on the wall, the different types of beans, how they're grown, and where they source them from.
