I was never offered the complimentary hand/ arm massage which was a disappointment, and I walked out with the same bad cut I came in with. After much thought, I decided to call to request either a refund or a redo with a different stylist. I'm glad I called because they were able to match me with a master stylist a couple days later who gave me the exact cut I wanted. Holly was so wonderful, and she really listened to what I wanted. I will definitely be going back to her. I gave them 4 starts because my initially visit was such a nightmare and I had to go back.

I rang the bell and was approached by behind by a lady and I advised I was there for my appointment. I was let in and told to come into a room. I was not asked for my name or my problem areas or preferred pressure. I was not told what to expect either, so I just went with the flow. The actual massage was really good and relaxing and the location was very clean The massage therapist did at least talk to me at the end, but just to tell me to pull up my groupon, tell me about other services and wish me a good day. They're losing friends and gaining enemies who are not gonna say anything pleasant and instead, will speak disparagingly about them.
