Came in to this shop after calling asking if they accepted walk ins. They said sure! Upon walking in, they told us that whoever did nails was late from her shift so they proceeded to call her to make sure she was coming back. The whole shop was empty and only one person doing nails? They told us to wait at least 30 minutes. Ridiculous so we left! They need to hire more workers if they don't want to keep losing business. read more

My experience was chaotic and my manicure subpar. The nail techs were constantly switching between customers, which made it feel like they weren't sure what they were doing. My primary nails tech's nails made a large hole in her gloves that her finger was sticking through, and she never replaced them, which made me feel uncertain about the cleanliness. Lastly, the polish started separating and chipping after 4 days. I had even had to push for them to fix a nail that they messed up and were going to leave as it was. The only positive was how nice they were when I first arrived and how patient they were when I was choosing my colors. read more

I wanted to give this place a try given they use nontoxic nail products, but it is ridiculously overpriced ($80 for a gel mani and basic pedi) and they have very inexperienced nail technicians working there. My technician was struggling so much to shape my nails properly and they all turned out completely crooked - you can see my middle finger nail is completely butchered. Seems like a very basic skill you should have if you're going to work at a nail salon. Do NOT recommend spending your money here, there are plenty of other nail salons within a 4 mile radius that will give you more for your buck. read more

Just went in for the first time this morning. I didn't have a reservation but I called ahead of time to see if they take walk ins which they do! All I wanted was their signature pedicure and Vivian did an amazing job! I'm not very talkative when getting services and she understood the vibe which was amazing. The ambiance of the salon is both elegant and relaxing, with modern decor and soothing music playing in the background. Worst customer service I've experienced at any nail shop. I've been getting my nails done for years and never had my toes smudge afterwards. The nail lady must have made the coat too thick because it smudged afterwards even after I waited 3 hrs. I initially had it smudge after waiting 40 mins and they advised me I only needed to wait 10 mins and they knew I wore tennis shoes because they saw me take them off and put them back on. They also didn't offer any take home slippers like most nail shops do. So that was the first error on their customer service. Thankfully they did fix it but the second time the nail Polish was too thick and so even after waiting 3 hrs to put shoes on (like they advised) one toe still smudged and so I had to come back a second time and the Asian lady with short straight hair rudely denied to help me and gave me an attitude and said they can't fix it again and put the blame on me? This was first time at this salon and it was horrible customer service. To top it off they charged me $20 extra for a nail color that I had no idea was more expensive: they didn't forewarn me ahead which is also bad customer service especially when they knew it was my first time going there and they offered to pick the color for me knowing it was $20 extra but didn't tell me until after! They are very professional with everything and you'll have the best customer service here. Everything is clean and sanitized before and after you come, including having fresh daily washed clean towels, they offer drinks and the area is super spacious!! I had a mani-pedi and it's hard to imagine going anywhere else after how much better my experience was here than other places. - No awkward moment when you arrive and everyone looks at you while you wait to be seen, the space is well partitioned and the front desk/waiting area is separate without feeling cut off. It also gives a sense of privacy while getting your nails done - No overwhelming chemical smell, it's easy to breathe and you don't have to worry about your health or the health of the nail techs - Everyone is welcoming and warm. They're easy to talk to you and clearly care about your experience. I can't give 1/2 star I wanted to give 4.5 but it rounds off to 4. I'll explain why later. The owner/ manager is very nice and accommodating to guests offering a beverage, discounts, goodies/ perks, and makes you feel comfortable and valued. They are organic / no acrylics and have dazzle dry (cruelty free & non toxic) which is great. I liked the fact that they open the packs of clean tools / implements in front of you. It is new, modern, spacious and clean. So mainly pros, but I was bummed about a few things. First they didn't have dazzle dry in gold which is a very popular and essential color. Next, they did the nail art using a wooden stick (?). All salons I've gone to have special brushes or tools with a sharp point and semi flexible (not too soft) to give them control on how they pick up the polish and draw. The art was ok but would've been better with the correct tool. I also heard one of the girls tell the owner that she doesn't do art with dazzle dry. Other salons do you just need the right tools and skill. Another thing is that other salons have the actual bottle of the organic lotion, soap, oil, products etc with the brand and ingredients on the label and here it's all in basic bottles? My eczema flared up a bit after the hand scrub or lotion and I don't know what was used. I think I would come back here for a basic mani pedi or French but not for the art.
