They close at 3pm, and even during business hours, they may look closed. Upon pulling in, I thought they were closed because it looked dark and I saw half the dining room closed up with chairs on tables. What I didn't see was the other half of the dining room, located in the back (not visible from the door.) And the windows were tinted. So definitely do not assume they're closed if you arrive before 3pm.
