Kids had chicken tenders and the steak and fries. Both kids enjoyed their meal. The chicken tenders were huge and kid got 3 of them. The steak was about 5oz, which was a decent size for the kid. It came pre-cut, so the kiddo didn't have to handle a huge steak knife to cut it--which was nice. Both came with a generous serving of golden French fries. Fresh cut or frozen, these fries were good! Either a second ramekin of ketchup or a larger one is definitely needed for the amount of fries served. I had the burger. It wasn't fancy--just cheese, lettuce, tomato, and onions--but it was a thick patty with fluffy bun with lots of flavor. It also came with a ton of golden fries. My mom had the BLT that didn't skimp on the pork belly. I wish the stores sold thick cut bacon like that. She said it was delicious. Hubby had the lobster roll. The kids brought the purple potato chips were the neatest thing (they were good, too). The lobster roll was perfectly dressed--not too much and not too skimpy--and tasted surprisingly fresh. This place is a little more upscale than some of the other places we've eaten at this week. We were welcomed as we were--shorts and tees. Other guests were dressed casually, not overly fancy. The adjacent museum was a cool place to visit, too. It housed 3 restored Navy planes that were neat to see. Since we're headed home tomorrow, we won't be back, but if we were staying longer, we'd make the ~hour long drive just to eat there again!

Our waiter made recommendations and seemed to look out for our best interest. The beer on draft list was on the small side but had something for just about everyone. Plenty of food variety to choose from. I went with the Buffalo burger and fries. I loved the variety of cheese and topping options, unique selections such as smoked Gouda, Cooper Sharp White American and red jalapeños. The portions were awesome for both. The burger was flavorful though it did come out a little more done than I had requested for Medium. All in all it was a great lunch.

Smells great when you walk in the door. Service was quick as I was dining alone and opted to sit at the bar. I ordered the Bison Pho which was recommended as the bartenders 2nd favorite - opposed to the duck soup. I thought the broth was rich and the portion was huge. The fresh toppings on the side were a great addition. The bison was a bit rich and gamey flavored for myself but was good. My wife preferred the sour. The food was great! We started with the buffalo wings, I got the burger and my wife got the Nashville chicken sandwich. All were delicious! The truffle fries were worth the up charge with the sandwiches as they were full of flavor and still crisp when they arrived at the table. The environment was pleasant! Can't beat anything in Teton Valley. If I had to nitpick the dinner came out very shortly after the wings arrived- but I truly can't complain. The pizza was mediocre but at least the service was good. With the pizza and cocktails named after rappers, I'd expect to hear some hip hop playing but did not. There was some music playing in the background but the volume was so low I couldn't hear anything.
