Jolie truly stood out--she was even sitting nearby eating her lunch so Bailey wouldn't feel alone. That level of care meant so much. We're so grateful for such a kind and attentive team. The first time was $65 and the next time was $88 for the same service "Full groom with haircut" and now they want to charge me $212 for the same service!!!! This is the same price my friend pays them to cut her "90 lb" dog.WTF My dogs hair doesn't grow fast nor does it get matted. So WHY so much more, they gave me some excuse that the clipper blades the groomers use cost so much. My dog is tiny it probably takes 4-5 passes with the clippers and her hair is not that long when I bring her in. Especially with the price of gas and groceries that is a 330% increase for a "9 lb " chihuahua mix. They obviously don't want my business. I wouldn't give them any stars if I could because of how greedy they are.

She had difficulty with other groomers over the years. We thought we were at the end of our rope trying to find someone who could groom our dog. A few years ago, we discovered People's Pups. Jaimie became Sophie's groomer until our beloved pup left us just recently. Jaimie is an amazing "dog whisperer" who handled Sophie amazingly well. Sophie always returned to us in wonderful condition with a great cut (despite also being a wiggle worm). If and when we get another dog, we'll absolutely return to ask for Jaimie again!

I've been bringing my dog, Goli, here for years, including back when the previous owner…read more(Ashley)--who was a friend of mine--owned the business. Unfortunately, since the change in ownership, my experience has been completely different. Goli looked great after her grooming today, but when I picked her up, her collar was missing. I immediately brought it to the front desk's attention. I was first told that my wife had brought Goli in without a collar. After I pushed back, they admitted the collar had accidentally been put on another dog. Mistakes happen. What was unacceptable was how the situation was handled. I had to ask the staff to contact the other customer, and I was told they would simply get the collar back "next time" that dog came in--even though there wasn't an appointment scheduled. There was no apology, urgency, or real solution. I asked to speak with a manager and requested a partial refund. They gave me $20 and refused to refund any of the grooming service. When I asked for the new owner's contact information so I could discuss the situation directly, I was told the manager could provide it but wouldn't. Security was then called, and I was told that I--and apparently Goli--were no longer welcome. The most disappointing part was being made to feel like I was at fault. The groomer even suggested that I should remove Goli's collar before bringing her in if I didn't want this to happen and continued suggesting that my wife may not have brought her in with one. After years of being a customer, I expected much better. Mistakes can be forgiven; refusing to take responsibility and treating a longtime customer this way cannot. The staff and new management clearly needs better customer-service training.
