I was genuinely excited and appreciative of the opportunity, but unfortunately my experience afterward left me disappointed. From the beginning, I found the explanation of the studio's services and policies to be unclear. Following my first in-studio class, the communication over the last few hours was not pleasant and made me feel more uncomfortable than welcomed as a guest. One of my biggest concerns was learning only after the giveaway had already been awarded that a payment method was expected to be kept on file "just in case." In my opinion, giveaways should be transparent from the start. seemed as if this is their was of making the money back from if the free guest misses a session and their not in a hole. which in my opinion defeats the purpose of the giveaway. When I expressed my concerns, I was advised to speak with the studio owner, Toby, for clarification. I made several separate attempts to reach out but never received a response or a phone call as told. Being referred to the owner and then receiving no communication made the experience even more bothersome and left me feeling as though my concerns were not valued. While the one class i did attend was enjoyable, the overall customer experience, communication, and lack of follow-through did not leave a positive impression. Because of that, I chose not to continue using the complimentary month. I sincerely wish the studio continued success and hope this feedback is taken as an opportunity to improve transparency, communication, and the onboarding experience for their next "giveaway"

If the empathy expressed here were genuine, my cancellation would have been handled months ago, the repeated billing attempts would have stopped, and I would not still be receiving ongoing payment texts and emails for a membership I do not owe. What has not been addressed publicly is the actual issue: my cancellation request was repeatedly denied despite medical documentation, an unauthorized freeze was placed on my account, billing attempts continued afterward, and my direct communication was repeatedly ignored. This response feels focused on public image rather than accountability or resolution. A polished response means very little when the private handling of the situation tells a different story. For anyone considering a year-long membership, I strongly encourage you to fully understand the cancellation terms before signing and be aware of how difficult it may be to cancel if circumstances change.

The fast-paced workout was great for targeting different areas of the body and I found was very doable as it changes frequently, as opposed to a typical hot Pilates class when you feel like you can't do another set when there's 15 seconds left. It's a constant movement and I enjoyed that. I also loved that the weights were located at the deck, with ranges of weight depending on how hard you want to push. And there were two types of resistance bands to choose from right there with you. It was easy to hear and see the instructor and she was encouraging throughout. Overall I love how quick the workout was and I truly do feel like it was a whole body workout, and doable for everyone no matter how hard or easy you want to make it for yourself.

The workouts are intense but manageable, I feel like my body is actually working hard & the burn the next day is what makes me come back. About halfway through the session, whatever body part we are working is SHAKING (or should I say trembling). The owner is so kind & you can see and hear her passion. Tremble will go far & they're just getting started. I signed up for an unlimited membership which allows me unlimited classes, being able to schedule 30 classes in advance to make sure I get in the classes I want, with the reformer I want. Definitely come try them out, it's better under the red lights.

As I runner, I have always struggled to do consistent strength training. In the past I would go to…read morethe gym for a few days or maybe a week, then my body was so sore I wasn't able to do my run workouts, so I would give up. This cycle has repeated countless times until I discovered F45. I started F45 training in November 2023 and have completed nearly 150 classes. I started going to the strength classes (Tues, Thurs, Sun) and now pick-up a cardio class or two during the week. I love the structure of F45. The exercises are varied enough that it is never boring, but the class is already designed for you and you just have to do the sets and move on without having to think too much. The coaches are great! They are helpful to correct your form and offer suggestions of modifications that will allow you to accommodate any weakness, injury, or limitations. In the past, I found workout classes to be intimidating, and I was worried about not being able to do the exercise. The trainers at F45 make everyone feel welcome and like you belong. Aside from the physical improvements in strength, body composition, and running speed/endurance that I have gained from F45. I am so thankful for the supportive community. I have made several friends and enjoy seeing people in class and having the accountability to continue to show-up. F45 offers unlimited members, limited members, and class passes. I started with class pass but then committed to the unlimited membership once I used my class passes. The unlimited membership also allows you to pop into other F45 studios across the country/world when traveling. I took a class when I was in Toronto for a work meeting. I would highly recommend checking out F45. You will not regret it!!

Just got back from an evening slow flow class, and I still have that post-yoga buzz. Part of it…read moremight be because I'm dehydrated -- I sweated a lot! Supposedly, the room is kept at 90 degrees, and I could feel all 90 degrees. I'm not used to practicing hot yoga, and I don't think it will be a daily part of my practice, but it's nice to know that The Yoga Studio offers such a nice space for hot yoga when the mood strikes me. The instructor, Rick, was great. It was my first time visiting, so we chatted outside of the yoga room about what to expect: In his class, he starts with a led Sun Salutation A, then lets you go on your own, then a led Sun Salutation B, then lets you go on your own. The second half of the class is a fully led practice, with lots of variety. The room is small, but apparently they can fit 25 people in it! My class only had 12, so there was plenty of room. The room itself is clean and dark, with a couple of salt lamps around. It's a quiet, contemplative space to practice. There are showers here, too, as well as a room for cycling. The people who work here are very welcoming! Like I said, it was my first time visiting, and I got nothing but love from everyone. The Yoga Studio is a great place to practice yoga, and I'll definitely be back.

I felt bad for the two new students next to me who kept looking over to me to check their form. If you enjoy a hot space and freedom to do whatever flow you'd like, then this place might be good for you, but I was not a fan.

I loved that I was able to get up to speed with instructor, Dom. He was high energy and helped out a lot. He also had a great playlist and kept the vibe up during class. This workout had me sore but was more than just boxing, it included a few rounds of weight lifting so I feel like I got in a great workout! The gym is located right off 82nd and has a huge parking lot. They have monthly memberships and also packages you can buy if you're not ready to dive in 100%. Will be back... probably this week.
