We visited for tea with some adults and children this weekend…read more The room near the patio is gorgeous (the inner room is more on the cozy side). We were quickly seated with a reservation and the tables were lovely - gorgeous wedgewood china (even for the kids!). Greeted with prosecco for adults and sparkling juice for the kids. Service was really friendly and helpful with tea selections. There are about 4 options for children if they want tea as well. Food was good and there was a tower for the kids (their the older child at our table wanted the adult sandwiches...). Plenty of sandwiches and sweets. The scone actually was the standout though - orange cranberry - very soft and delicious. Customary lemon curd, jelly and cream - delicious. All in all, this was a nice, fancy time for tea but there were some negatives namely: no one ever asked if we wanted more drinks (I would have had a glass of champagne but no one returned or asked - I could have flagged someone down but was surprised at this level of hotel that service wasn't so helpful). We also felt rushed - I would have stayed longer to enjoy but get they were cleaning up our table quickly. Instead, we brought some of the treats to go. While the staff was friendly, they weren't really there a lot - I saw some tables get asked if they wanted more sandwiches - but we did not... and it wasn't because we had kids at the table because I'd say at the time we went, more than 50% of the tables had kids with them. We did get a nice little to go gift of tea, chocolate and a tea strainer. I'm conflicted upon returning just due to feeling rushed.... I always go for tea once a year at least and I've been to every fancy hotel in the city (and other restaurants) for tea and multiple hotels in Europe (Ireland, England) and this was the most European feeling but really felt less relaxed even though the surroundings were gorgeous.

Lots of plants and beautiful botanical prints. The bar is gorgeous- we walked past it to our table and I could see they have some nice higher-end bourbons. The food was great - had a chopped salad and the ribeye and both were amazing. The service was a little hit or miss. Very spotty until we got our food and then it seemed like one side of the table was being ignored and that included our host. Overall a nice dinner, but unless we were invited again, I wouldn't necessarily go back.

My food experience at this location was a bit better than other locations I've tried and makes me excited to come back to try more items. Like other locations, there is plenty of parking and interior resembles a more upscale sports bar. Service is relatively quick despite how busy they are and prices are pretty fair for the quality of food. I started my meal off with Poke Nachos, one of four that I've had in the last few months and this was possibly the best of the bunch. This had a good amount of raw ahi tuna (though a few more chunks would be nice) and added some additional flavors through nori and sesame seeds so that it was a bit less sauce dependent than other versions I've tried. The wontons were super crispy and avocado was nice and creamy. The mix of serranos, white truffle sauce, sweet soy ginger sauce, sriracha aioli, cilantro, and green onions all mixed together to create a great flavor. I was very impressed with the amount of flavor packed into a dish that's only 880 calories. The crispy traditional wings were also cooked nicely, the skin was nice and crispy while the meat was not overcooked. The buffalo sauce was a bit light for me, though good if you aren't looking for something that's too tangy or spicy. The Korean chili garlic had the right level of sweetness mixed with a good amount of garlic flavor and a light level of spiciness. This is one of the better preparations I've had outside of Korean Fried Chicken specialist restaurants. For entrees the Ahi Tuna Crunchy salad is one of the better versions of this dish that I've had as well. The field greens, broccoli slaw, and crispy wontons were a nice base with the soy vinaigrette -- but the star of the dish was the seared rare and blackened ahi tuna. Super flavorful and prepared just right, this was better than the steak I had eaten for lunch and again a very healthy way to pack a lot of flavor into a low number of calories. On the flipside, the kurobata pork sandwich was one of the best sandwiches I've had so far this year. The berkshire pork isn't super fatty, but just enough to have a great level of tenderness and flavor when grilled. The candied bacon, white american cheese, and house-made blueberry ketchup did a fantastic job of adding some saltiness and just a bit of extra fat (without seeming excessive) and giving the dish just a little acid. The total combination worked perfectly in harmony and is worth making a special trip to eat again. I ended the meal with the S'more brownie meltdown. This was done well -- with a nice fudge brownie that had great chocolate flavor and matched perfectly with the graham cracker toffee. This would've been the highlight of the dish, had it not been for the delicious combination of the marshmallow gelato and dark chocolate sauce. I'm not a giant fan of marshmallows, but this gelato was amazing and tied everything together perfectly. Overall, an unexpectedly great experience from a restaurant chain that I've gone to many times. Without a doubt, I know which location to take my friends and family to for special meals in the future.

We went for happy hour and enjoyed very big portions of appetizers! Can't miss their fried cheese curds, those are outstanding! We also tried the brussel sprouts appetizer- not bad but a little greasy. We also tried a pizza that was ok Unfortunately I missed the pics from the appetizers. Next time !!

They graciously accommodated our large group in a quieter space where we could actually talk and enjoy each other's company up and down the table -- something that made the evening feel even more special. He made the entire evening genuinely feel like a celebration. His recommendations never missed, he was warm and engaging throughout the meal, and he somehow even managed to get our tired, aloof teenagers laughing and opening up by the end of dinner. That kind of hospitality is rare and deserves recognition.

We shared the Warm Hand Made Bread Service (creme fraiche goats butter, roasted pecan hummus and matcha sesame butter) and Crispy Mushrooms (dusted with matcha, sesame togarashi black garlic aioli) from the Small or Snacky section. I had the Inovasi burger (1/3 lb CDK Farms beef) and my companions had the Grilled Ocean Raised Salmon. My burger had a good flavor but they cooked it well done instead of medium. Fries were good. Friends enjoyed their salmon.

Our server Chad explained the menu in detail, offered recommendations, and took great pride in the restaurant. Everything is made from scratch, and they have a beautiful open kitchen. We started with the octopus, which our friends and Chad both recommended, and it lived up to the hype. They sous vide it so it's super tender, then crisp it for that little crunch you want in an octopus appetizer. The romesco and chorizo combo had us scraping the plate clean. For dinner, my husband had the hanger steak served with a large bone filled with bone marrow, along with brioche, truffle butter, and the Aligot and Brussels sprouts for sides. The Brussels and butternut squash were sweet, spicy, crispy, and salty - just amazing. I had the monkfish, which is very similar to lobster, and it was delicious! For dessert, we shared the crème brûlée, and like everything else we ate tonight, we left no crumbs. We can't wait to go back!

I highly recommend this spot.
