Here is a screenshot from my credit card... $793.50. At the time I was in such shock that I had no idea what to do, I didn't want to get in trouble for not paying. Going to start with this and I cannot say the service is not worth the price but I still think it's important to know how much you will be spending going in. So many reviews and I didn't see anyone mention a useful fact like cost. I accept responsibility for the fact that I did not ask in advance so I was a bit shocked. Anyway, a color correction (I had some not-so-great ombré going on before) plus balayage cost $450, not including tip. I was also heavily encouraged to purchase color-sustaining shampoo and conditioner at $40 each. I ended up spending $600. - Angela knows her craft. She knows color correction and is excellent at making the result look very natural. - She is also pleasant and friendly to talk to. FYI - this a small rental studio that only Angela works out of. She did have her newly adopted dogs with her so if you have allergies, ask in advance. - Easy to make an appointment. Just messaged via Yelp and received a quick reply. - I am happy with my balayage result although the reference photos I showed her were a bit lighter. She told me it would lighten after one wash [UPDATE: it did lighten]. - Parking is a bit of a hassle, just FYI. There are some paid lots if you go straight on Front (if the studio is on your right) and make a right on Beech. There will be two paid lots on your right. read more

I made an appointment with Angela initially to color correct an ombré previously done by another hair stylist. I had seen her work through here (I yelp EVERYTHING!!!!) and I was blown away with the way the worked looked on the pictures. It was exactly what I was looking for.  Her studio is this gorgeous suite in Little Italy, and once I walked in, she made me feel very welcomed. Immediately once I arrived, I was offered coffee or water, and although I didn't request either, the gesture was nice. I explained to her exactly what I wanted. She gave me the options, we came to an agreement, and then she started doing her magic!!! Everything came out exactly how I wanted. (Color, cut, service etc.,) It even exceeded my expectations!
