Soft openings are meant to find the chinks in a restaurants armor and the 2Boys' increased popularity with a more visible location resulted in the kitchen being overwhelmed. We were one of the last lucky folks to be put on the seating list and while we waited, they had to close seating and take-out orders for an hour. Once we were shown to our booth, we remarked on the new decor and menus. Fortunately, the food was still so delicious as to make the wait worthwhile. Really above and beyond in terms of checking on you and making sure you have everything you need. They have lunch specials, which are great. There is also a small bar section where you can sit and get a beer. They don't appear to have a large selection of beer. And that's fine, it's just nice to have it as an option. And then there are some small, particular details that I appreciate. I tend to drink water when I go out to eat and I love that they have big water cups. I'll continue to dip in for food and suggest you check them out as well.

The meat lacked the flavor that I was used to and the hummus was a smaller portion and had a pasty texture. Just details. But the staff was amazing. Attentive, friendly and helpful when I mentioned the difference that I noticed in the meat. This is still a very pleasant place to have lunch and we will keep going back.
